Dear all,* I hope this mail finds you in good health. I am Jennifer Amaning and l'm sending this mail on behalf of my husband, Eric Mireku Amaning . On Tuesday, ** of February ****, my husband, booked one deluxe room at Catlon Palace Hotel, for six days ( from **rd February, **** to *st March , ****). The terms were:** - free cancellation before **nd March *****- no prepayment needed, pay at property*-breakfast included in price**He cancelled the reservation same day but unfortunately, full refund was not credited to his account. We have tried since then to get in touch but to no avail as telephone rings without any response.**We are therefore by this mail requesting that the rest of the money be credited to his account.**Counting on your co-operation.**Regards,**Jennifer Amaning
