My home depot debit card (reward card) expired while we were in "lockdown" because of covid **. I called * Home depot stores about this & was told to call "corporate" -couldn't reach a human to talk to. I then called the number on the back of the debit card & finally talked to representative & explained what happened . He said he would put in for a new card & gave me a request*case number for the new card. If i didn't receive the card within ** days, to call back. Its been over * weeks, I haven't got the new card & now can't get a live person on the phone. All the pre-recorded messages don't pertain to my problem & just run you in circles. The card is only for $**.** but I feel it should be honored. One other time I was supposed to get a $**.** rebate card from Home Depot but that never came & I threw away the receipt thinking the rebate was coming & the receipt was no longer needed. Not a good way to do business!
