Help with my HomeDepot.com issue

Ordered and paid for in full exterior door on April **th. Over $****.**. I was told the door would be in store in or about * weeks which would be May *th or around. **Called several days later to be informed they "did it wrong" and I owed another $***.**. Paid it.**Now order has been delayed * times and isnt expected to be in store until May **st. Then I'll need to schedule install.**Ok so you're holding almost $**** of mine!! What is the excuse for all the delays? Not happy.
