This was complete incompetence on the part of Home Depot and their delivery vendor. My Pennsylvania house is in a gated community. I have to give them notice ahead of time to allow the delivery people to enter the development. I was given an initial delivery date and gave it to our front gate. The delivery date was then changed by Home Depot. I was not notified but noticed it because I looked on the website. I gave the new date the front gate. They did not deliver it on the second delivery date. Instead, they changed it again without notifying me. Since I did not know about the second change, I could not notify the gate of the new date. Your delivery people came on that third day. They were not allowed through the gate and instead of calling me, they returned the item.**This is not a way to run a business. When I called about the mess up, I was told a vendor made the mistake and I could reorder it and start again. This incompetence is forcing your customers to go to other stores.**WA*********David Radansky
