The issue in GetHuman-milestyr's own words
Good day, On or about June **, **** I spoke with one of Home Depot's Salesman concerning a need for a new hot water heater. Once being made aware that Home Depot sold only one brand (Rheem) with several different models, I made my chose fairly quickly. At this point the salesman informed me that if I purchased with Home Depot they would arrange the installation and deposal of the old heater. I confirmed with the salesman that I would be able to charge the entire transaction on my Home Depot credit card. As promised, I received a phone call from Fairfax Electric, Plumbing and Gas. The same time I received the call I received an e-mail with three different proposals. Once we dealt with a few minor issues, it was my understanding that I would have a Rheem Hot water heater, model number: XG**T**HE**U* installed on June **, ****, this heater came with a ** year limited warranty. Although the proposal stated "This is not a Final Price" I was ensured the final price wouldn't be "much more" than the price on the proposal.
GetHuman-milestyr did not yet indicate what Home Depot should do to make this right.
