I ordered a sofa bed online and shipped it to one of your stores and when I received an email that said it had arrived I went to pick it up they said it wasn't there. I have gone a total of three times, once before thanksgiving, once right after thanksgiving, and a third time on the second week from its supposed arrival. The two first times I even borrowed a pick-up truck from my neighbor but I always showed up empty handed without my sofa bed. Every time I go they can't seem to find it. I still keep getting emails and texts that it has arrived and that I should come and pick it up but now I just want a full refund of my purchase rather than having to go through this whole charade again. Thank you.
