Bad install on a microwave by Home Depot contractors. Home Depot won’t reinstall in a timely fashion. When I balked at the date they quoted, the supervisor (Rebecca, ***-***-****) told me it was not her responsibility to handle my issue as it wasn’t her store that handled the delivery. I told her that was not helpful and that I will be waiting over a month after the initial order to use my purchase.
GetHuman-dedub did not yet indicate what Home Depot should do to make this right.
