I ordered over $*** worth of blinds for * rooms, * windows the first of May. I was expected to pay for them at the time of order. They were back ordered several times. Part of them finally came. July *st * months later I got another call that they were backordered again. At that time I called the Peru store and was told if I brought the ones I received up they would refund every penny that day. This was repeated several times. When I got there they would only refund me for the ones I brought back even though the rest where backordered until the *th of July. I was not happy but was assured I would receive a refund for the rest the next week. I received a refund $** short. I called and was assured it would be taken care of. Today is August *th and no refund in sight. I called again and they said they would send it again. We will see. I trusted HD with my money but they didn’t trust me to refund my money all together. It will be a long time if I ever shop at HD again. Very disappointed!
