Opened a card purchasing ***.** in power tools for Christmas Dec. ****.Went into the Showlo Az store in January of **, requested the balance due and pd the card off. In Feb, I receive a bill for **.** in late fees. I had already written a check for **.** for the *st late fee THAT I DID NOT OWE. It was cashed and accepted AS PMT IN FULL. This was not my error. I cannot TALK to a person at CitiBank nor at HD customer service. The manager of the Showlo store has tried to help me resolve this issue and been so kind and helpful to no avail, I continue to get bills from Home Depot and my credit score is shot because of it.*Please help me. Again, this was not my error, but has cost me much time, worry and stress.*If I can get no response or relief, my only recourse is to take all my correspondence and file it in the Courts requesting compensation for Attorney fees, Court costs and damage to my credit score.*Again, I pay what I owe.This was not my fault yet has become my huge problem.*We love and prefer Home Depot, and I just need help getting this resolved and off my credit.*Please feel free to call or email me at anytime and thank you for your help.*Deniese Raban Acct. **** **** **** *****cell *** *** ****
