The issue in GetHuman-cirenio's own words
I went to the Woodland California Home Depot store to purchase tile and they did not have enough of the one I liked and sent me to the West Sacramento store. The (Woodland ) told me that West Sacramento Store had ** boxes and I needed **, West Sacramento staff confirmed they had ** boxes. I purchased the ** boxes plus hardy board and plywood. They offer to deliver on Monday September ** from * am to ** am for $**.**. I agreed and paid for the purchase of material and delicious very cost. On Monday at around *:** I received a called from the West Sacramento delivery driver and told me he was on his way to my house and wanted to make sure I would be there. About ten to fifteen minutes later I got another call from the Woodland store delivery driver telling me he also had a delivery to make. I told him the West Sacramento was on his way I did not accept his load since I did not want a double load. the West Sacramento showed up on time but was short ** tile boxes. Evidently West Sacramento realized they did not have enough boxes as I was told initially on Sa****ay September * and contacted Woodland store to deliver the other ** boxes. No one explained to me that such was the issue. I was told to go to West Sacramento to purchase the ** I need because they had **. It was not the case. I called the West Sacramento store and spoke to the Manager who was rude and not cooperative. I called twice to the store to find out when will they deliver the other ** since I had paid for the delivery. They refuse to tell me a date and time. I went to the Woodland store to purchase other material and spoke to a person there. I provide the purchase order she checked it and told me the t I need to drive to the West Sacramento store and deal with it there. All I want is the ** boxes that I paid for and also paid to have them delivered. It was a mistake made but Home Depot personnel. Here is the delivery number: HI***-*****. MY NAME IS CIRENIO RODRIGUEZ PHONE NUMBER *** *** ****. email *****@***.com*The material needs to be deliver as promised and since it was paid for . I refuse the Woodland delivery because I thought it was a duplicate order since no one called to tell me they made a mistake by claiming West Sacramento had ** boxes. I need the material right away since I have workers at the site. The way to resolve the problem is for Home Depot to deliver the addition tile boxes as promised and since I paid for them.*Deliver the additional ** boxes of tile since I pad for them and also paid for the delivery.
