I placed a $**** appliance order in early June. All the installation kits were ordered with the appliances. When delivered on **** but the delivery the washer installation was the plumber’s responsibility. After several calls to customer service I got a rep that actually helped me get the installations scheduled. Today the plumber finally came and installed the stove and dryer. But the delivery people called just now and said the washer could not be installed because the delivery person got hurt. They will now come on Monday. I have had no stove, washer and dryer for almost a week now. I would like a refund of the installation costs plus a reimbursement of the new washer install kit we had to buy for some one else to do it. I have more appliances I have as do other family members. Lowe’s is looking very attractive now. We gave been long term Home Depot customers but not so much right now.
