Get my tv running ... The screen froze with pastel vertical lines. I had to pull the plug because the remote and the button on the back would not shut the tv off. after that the screen went black but the blue button showing the tv is on will not go off. I do not want to sign up and pay for tech support on this tv that will be three years old December only to find out that it is broken. I just wanted to talk to someone to verify if it can be reset. this tv is mounted to the wall and should have lasted longer than two and a half years
Very poor customer service, my problem is not resolved and I keep getting messages that the problem is fixed
I would like my family room tv working and will be very upset if it is dead
I expected this TV to last longer that this, I have three other tv's. A **" VIZIO and two **"SANYO's in my other rooms that are older than seven years. We looked at a lot of other brands and decided we liked the screen quality of the HITACHI and purchased it for our family room.
