My screen froze with pastel vertical lines, forcing me to unplug the TV as the remote and back button didn't work to turn it off. Now the screen is black, but the blue power button indicating the TV is on won't turn off. I'm hesitant to pay for tech support for a TV that's almost three years old in December, fearing it might be broken. I simply want to reach out and see if there's a way to reset it. The TV, which is mounted on the wall, should have lasted longer than two and a half years.

Dear Customer Service, I recently submitted a service request on December 18, [redacted], under #[redacted]2. The service engineer visited on December 19, [redacted], and after completion, I signed the service report and provided the CDN number. Unexpectedly, I received another SMS regarding a supposed "breakdown" with a new allotment number [redacted]0, which I did not place. Before I could contact the Service Center about the mistake, a call came from [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] requesting the CDN number for this unrecognized service request. I explained that I did not request this additional service and expressed my concerns about a potential error or discrepancy. I suspect there may be a discrepancy or misrepresentation occurring, leading to unnecessary service calls being logged. I purchased a Hitachi 50-inch flat screen TV in August [redacted]. Initially, the pre-installed Netflix and YouTube buttons worked fine. However, while Netflix still functions correctly, I am unable to connect to YouTube. When attempting to select a program, I only reach a black loading screen, indicating it doesn't progress past that point. I have ruled out a broadband issue after checking it thoroughly. I bought a Hitachi 1.5-ton split AC model HBEA518 a month ago. Initially, it worked fine, but now I am encountering some issues. When I switch it on, the fan runs at high speed for 4-5 seconds, then suddenly stops completely. The timer light blinks green 10 times, pauses, and repeats this pattern continuously. I have tried turning off and on the timer, the AC, and even reset the remote control, but the problem persists. My brother recommended a Samsung AC, but I chose Hitachi. I am disappointed by this unexpected malfunction. I am frustrated as it is hot here, and despite its warranty, no one seems to be able to resolve the issue. I have a Hitachi Model RS0318EAEA with the indoor unit serial no SE 170C18717 and the outdoor unit serial no 170C20135, purchased almost three years ago, just out of warranty. The unit is still working excellently, and I am completely satisfied with its efficiency. To ensure its performance stays optimal, I decided to have a Hitachi Technician service it for Rs [redacted], even though local technicians are available in my area. The technician, Nagaraju from Eluru in West Godavari District, only washed the indoor unit filters, something I could have done myself. When I requested him to service the outdoor unit, he only cleaned it with a wet cloth and water without properly inspecting the compressor, coil, or other parts using instruments as I expected. Being a Civil Engineer in the construction field, I value maintaining the quality of my household items and prefer to use qualified technicians, even if they are more expensive. Therefore, although I am a loyal Hitachi customer, I felt disappointed after paying Rs [redacted] for this service. I believe basic filter cleaning could have been done by a local technician for under Rs [redacted]. I own a Hitachi Model Neo 32001RSH318EAEA, White, purchased almost three years ago. Although the warranty has expired, the unit is working excellently. With the approaching summer, I wanted to have the unit serviced for optimal performance. Despite local technicians available, I preferred Hitachi and contacted their Customer Care for service. They charged Rs [redacted]. The technician sent from Eluru, named Nagaraju, only washed the indoor unit filters, a task easily done by following the manual. When I requested outdoor unit servicing, he just used a wet cloth without opening it up. I expected a thorough check using instruments for the compressor and coil, but he claimed he could assess it by ear. As a Civil Engineer focused on quality, I prefer qualified technicians. This basic cleaning could have been done for less by a local technician. Despite my loyalty to Hitachi, I felt dissatisfied after paying Rs [redacted] for such a simple service. In April and May [redacted], I requested AC servicing from your company. Unauthorized technicians came, performed a quick soap water service for less than half an hour, and charged Rs.[redacted] without providing a bill. On a second visit, another unauthorized technician suggested changing the indoor unit and claimed to have managerial authority over Hitachi services. However, they seemed unsure how to fix the issue with the red LED. They even called someone for advice over the phone. I am disappointed by this unprofessional behavior and the blame put on the customer. The AC was installed in [redacted], and now both indoor and outdoor units are malfunctioning. I purchased an A/C on June 5th, and my registered mobile number is [redacted]. The first servicing was completed on time, but lately, the A/C hasn't been cooling effectively and requires servicing. I contacted customer care and made a booking for servicing a week ago, but no one has shown up. After two days, I informed customer care about the issue, and they assured me they would address it, but no action was taken. I lodged another complaint, received the same assurance, but the problem remains unresolved. I am disappointed with the service for my Hitachi A/C. I had my split inverter 5-star AC installed ten days ago. The technician charged me Rs [redacted] for a 12 ft. coil, a stand, and extra electric cable for the stabilizer. Initially, he said no bill could be provided for these materials, but after insisting, he took my email promising to send it. Since then, I have tried reaching out both to him at [redacted] and Classic Services in Sonipat at [redacted], but no one answers, and I still haven't received the bill. I am concerned about the lack of response and accountability, especially if I were to face issues with the AC in the future. The technician also did not clarify how many free services I am entitled to. Can you please explain if the 12 ft coil is mandatory, even if the indoor and outdoor units are on the same wall? My air conditioner is only a month old. Initially, it cooled efficiently and had low power consumption, but over the past 10-12 days, the cooling has decreased, and the electricity usage has increased significantly. It now takes an hour to reach 25 degrees Celsius in my [redacted]-square-foot ground floor room, consuming about 7 units in 8 hours. The white light indicator has been continuously on for 6-7 days now. I filed a complaint about 10 days ago, but it still hasn't been resolved. Is this the kind of service Hitachi offers its customers?

I am extremely dissatisfied with the performance of my air conditioning unit, the technicians, and the overall service provided. It has been over 10 days since my AC stopped working, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no response from your team. I have also sent several emails last week, but there has been no acknowledgment. Living in Delhi where the weather is extremely hot, this situation is unacceptable. The lack of skilled labor and poor response from your service department is disappointing. I urge you to take immediate action, coordinate with your team, and resolve my issue promptly. This experience has been very negative, and I expect a better response from Hitachi and your technicians.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the performance of my Hitachi AC unit, the technician assigned to fix it, and the overall services provided. My AC has been malfunctioning for over 10 days, and despite registering complaints daily, I have not received any response or assistance from the service team. We purchased two Hitachi refrigerators in May and June [redacted] from Agoan Electronics. We also have about 25 Hitachi air conditioners in our office. Recently, one of the refrigerators stopped working properly. Despite contacting Agoan Electronics multiple times and having their representative visit our house, no repairs have been made. Hitachi is known for its quality services, but we are disappointed by the unresponsive behavior of the dealer. This is a busy season when reliable appliances are crucial. I purchased a Hitachi split inverter AC on May 8th from GIP Mall in Noida. After just 15 days, it started having issues. The first problem, low cooling, was fixed by customer service. However, in the last 2 days, the unit has completely stopped working and the service team says a part needs replacement, which will take 10 days. Despite my requests, the service team keeps making excuses and delaying the repair. They won't provide the supervisor's contact details or replace the unit. It's frustrating to deal with this in the middle of summer, with a needed part unavailable in Delhi NCR and the service team's unhelpful attitude just making things worse. I've spent a lot on this AC and still face a lot of inconvenience. I'd appreciate any guidance on how to proceed.

My Hitachi split AC had been experiencing issues with water leakage and insufficient cooling since June 21st, [redacted]. Upon contacting customer service, M/s Solution Multi Brand Service was sent to fix the problem and charged Rs3500. Unfortunately, the issue reoccurred the same night. Despite multiple complaints, the mechanic returned on June 25th for cleaning, assuring no further problems would arise. However, the issue persisted. I filed another complaint with Hitachi on July 2nd, [redacted], but no one has attended to it yet. Today, when I called and asked for the manager, Mr. Ujjwal, he neither spoke to me nor returned my call. This situation displays a clear lack of service quality and disregard by Hitachi and its partner companies. I am unable to reach out to higher management for resolution. I am frustrated and considering escalating my complaint to Hitachi's senior management to address this ongoing problem.

I purchased a 1.5 ton 3-star Hitachi air conditioner, model no. RAW318KUD, from Flipkart 20 days ago. Since then, we have encountered several issues with the unit, such as the auto swing not working and inconsistent cooling leading to the unit turning off by itself. Despite registering a complaint with Hitachi's service number, no technician has visited us in the past five days. Hitachi keeps canceling the service requests without explanation. Their latest excuse is that they do not service products bought online. This lack of response is unacceptable considering the one-year warranty claimed on products sold online. I insist on prompt action to either replace, repair, or refund the air conditioner within 24 hours. Failure to address this issue will result in further complaints to consumer protection agencies. The poor customer service experience has made me regret purchasing a Hitachi product online with 25,[redacted] rupees at stake. I urge Hitachi to address this matter urgently.

We contacted Hitachi customer service on August 2nd for our refrigerator issue of non-cooling and water leakage. Mr. Praveen Malhotra from Kalkaji serviced our refrigerator, changing the motherboard for Rs. [redacted]. However, he did not show us the replaced part and advised us to create steam in the freezer, which did not solve the problem after 1.5 days. Since August 3rd, we have tried to reach Mr. Malhotra without success. Contacting customer care to escalate to a manager has been unhelpful, and we are dissatisfied with Hitachi's service. We will not be using their services again and will not recommend them to others. I am Yuvaraj Loganathan from Salem and I recently requested a service for my Hitachi air conditioner due to a cooling effect issue on March 26th. Despite the lockdown restrictions being lifted in Tamilnadu, I have been waiting for the service team to address the problem. It is disappointing that my friend, who owns a TATA Voltas A.C, received prompt service during the lockdown period, while I have not heard back from Hitachi. I have been in touch with the Salem region service team multiple times, and they assured me they would attend to the issue, but no action has been taken. This experience has made me reconsider purchasing another Hitachi A.C. I urge you to register a complaint and provide me with a complaint number promptly. I filed a complaint against Mr. Karan from All Appliances Care who serviced my Split ACs on June 20, [redacted]. After your intervention, he serviced the outer units, but one of the internal units started making noise and the indicator lights flickered, causing a lot of disturbance. Mr. Karan claimed it would need to be resolved by the company's mechanic. I am concerned about the incompetence of the staff and how this has caused me stress instead of fixing the issue.
