What is Hitachi's return policy?
Hitachi's return policy ensures customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your Hitachi product, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging included. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with the returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
