I own a Hitachi window AC RAW511KUD (5-star) bought in May [redacted] with an extended 3-year warranty. Recently, during a scheduled servicing, it was discovered that the machine had ice formation due to low gas. The technician explained it needs to be taken to the service center for repair, although previously it could be serviced at home. Despite scheduling a pickup for September 6, no one showed up or communicated with me. After reaching out to the service center (Onsitego) for 4 days, I was informed that they couldn't carry the machine down from the 10th floor due to society rules, and I would need to arrange and pay for repairs myself. This experience has left me questioning the customer service standards of Hitachi, as I had a positive experience with a previous AC from the same brand. About a week ago, we had our 1.5-ton air conditioner refilled and paid Rs. [redacted].00 for the service, receiving a three-month warranty for gas leaks. Unfortunately, the gas leaked after only 4 to 5 days, and when we contacted customer care for a free refill within the warranty period, the technician now suggests replacing the cooling coil, an additional cost of approximately Rs. [redacted]. I believe they should have informed us about this potential issue earlier so we could have made an informed decision. I initially opted for a refill, expecting it to last or be refilled for free if it leaked within three months. Now, they are insisting on the costly coil replacement, which I find unreasonable. I would like them to honor the warranty by repairing the coil and refilling the gas as agreed, or if not possible, to refund the initial Rs. [redacted] charged for the gas refill.

I purchased a Hitachi 1.5 T Split AC in [redacted], and my warranty has expired. AL ZAM ZAM Services, whom I believed to be the service providers in Hyderabad, sent a technician named Mr. Aslam on the 26th after I paid Rs [redacted] for a PCB-Restart. Unfortunately, the issue resurfaced within 36 hours, but Mr. Aslam was unable to attend due to an accident. Hitachi sent a technician on 29th June and charged me Rs [redacted] for PCB repair, with Rs [redacted] for repair and Rs [redacted] for service. This brought my total expenses to Rs [redacted]. I purchased a 1.5-ton hot and cold split AC from BBD & Sons in Lucknow on December 17, [redacted]. The model number is RSNG318HDXA and the Serial Number is ESNG318HDXA-SE200Q38803. Unfortunately, the AC stopped working on July 9, [redacted]. I've made several complaints to Hitachi Customer Care (Request Number: [redacted]8). An engineer has visited four times and replaced parts like the PCB and Controller, but the issue persists. The engineer discovered the Salonite Valve is also faulty, and the outdoor and indoor units have been picked up for repair. However, it has been more than 10 days, and there has been no update. I believe the unit is defective, causing inconvenience to my family. Kindly arrange a replacement for this faulty unit.

Dear Sir, I bought a Hitachi 1.5Ton AC from the Vasanth and Co Puraeaiwalkam branch on March 28, [redacted]. After experiencing issues with cooling, I contacted customer care on February 23, [redacted]. Service technicians replaced some parts, fixing the problem. However, we've since encountered a new issue with the remote sensor not working properly since April. We previously used a Voltas AC from [redacted] to [redacted] without major problems, making us disappointed with the Hitachi product. I recently received a Hitachi 1.5 ton Window AC model RAW518HEDO from Amazon on 22.04.[redacted]. Mr. Saurav from Regular Solution Network, the authorized service center, attempted to install the AC on 28.04.[redacted], but the AC did not cool properly. After contacting customer care, technicians were sent to check the AC, confirming the issue. Mr. Ravi Kumar mentioned a replacement was in process, but there has been no progress despite reassurances from Mr. Piyush. When trying to reach Mr. Piyush, the number was busy, and he hasn't followed up since. The lack of timely action from a reputable company like yours is disappointing. I have been waiting for 20 days for the following replacement part for the YUCATI aerothermal machine. I contacted HITACHI Technical Service in Madrid, MANUEL MESONES, 20 days ago to fix the following machine:

It is not cooling, and it seems that the part they ordered from HITACHI Spare Parts is a 4-way valve with the number TH X36 [redacted], which I have attached photos of.
I just spoke with them this morning, and they informed me that they have not received any response from you regarding this replacement. It is disappointing that with the heat we are experiencing, there is so much indifference from HITACHI in providing the necessary parts to repair their machines, especially when it has not worked properly for more than one summer.
I would appreciate it if you could urgently send it to me or provide an explanation for this situation.
I repeat, this situation is deplorable, and I have only had the machine for two years.

I purchased a 3-door refrigerator from Tata Cliq on 16/05/[redacted] and had it installed on 20/05/[redacted]. Since the installation, I noticed that the door does not close properly, causing water to leak onto the freezer compartment. I raised multiple complaints, including [redacted], [redacted], and direct complaints to Mr. Binoos and Mr. Ratheesh Chandran. Despite three technician visits, the issue persists, and both Tata Cliq and Hitachi have not offered a solution. I have escalated my complaints on your customer care website, but have not received any response from Hitachi.
Even though I have manufacturer warranty, my product has not been replaced. If repair is not possible, I would like a refund. I am frustrated with Hitachi's lack of action. Please advise me on the next steps as my requests have been ignored.

I am writing to express my frustration with the ongoing issues I have been facing with my Hitechi Split AC 1.5 Ton. I filed my first complaint on 12.08.23, followed by a second on 16.08.23, and today marks the third complaint. Despite two visits from your engineers, the problem with my AC unit, specifically the compressor, has not been resolved. I was informed that the compressor needs to be replaced under warranty at no additional cost, but it has been almost 10 days with no resolution in sight.

I recently purchased a Hitachi air conditioner, but I am experiencing issues with it. Despite having other Hitachi products like a washing machine and refrigerator that have been excellent, the AC is not functioning correctly. When I reached out to the Hitachi manager for support, I did not receive adequate assistance in resolving the problem.
