Hi There, **Earlier today I was trying to make a booking for two families and I went on live cat with someone and explained that when I add the kids to the booking that it showed it on the first page but when you go to the next page it only says two people so they said it should be fine that it means they will be accommodated. Anyway the session must have timed out and I lost that booking. It was for £*** with Hilton Honours and it was for the *th - *th Aug for two rooms. * adults with two kids **yrs and *yrs and the other room * adults and one *yr old.
