We get * catalogs. I called, waited ** minutes to talk to a person and request they cancel the *nd catalog.**Was told I could only do this online and there's nowhere to do it online, which is why I called to begin with!**We did order our holiday usual from them, next year we won't. Also, will be putting "refused" on any catalogs which arrive in the future.**This took something which was mildly annoying and escalated it up to where I won't do business with them any more. Some software design is not well done!
