I too was charged an additional $***. AFTER being told that my account was paid in full upon a final authorization for $*** the day I returned the car. It's * days later and o suddenly have a -negative balance of $***. I have a prepaid card that doesn't do overdrafts to My knowledge and I don't see any additional charges on my transaction statement for that card. Nor have I received my deposit back not that it much matters because it'll just cover the negative balance. I am so upset about this. How can this be? And when will I get back my deposit? Which incidentally is part of the charges made to my card.
GetHuman-jendelio did not yet indicate what Hertz should do to make this right.
