RR*: ********* - On Friday June **, due to a problem with my van, it was due for exchange at PIT as per instructions from costumer services Case*: **********. Upon arrival there was none! (In addition they closed my agreement instead of exchanging!) After they apologized and confirmed at the desk that I will get one on Sunday, the lot manager denied ever getting the phone call and said no van will be available in the near future.*For now i was given a * seater car (RR*: *********) for way over the original rate of the minivan (original ****.** for about * weeks. NOW: ****.** for around * weeks should have been ***.** with a van.)**I want this fixed with a refund for the over charge of ***.** PLUS be given a * seater van as I've reserved and paying for**D.
