re Auto Europe voucher * CA*******-*, Hertz reservation * *******A***Had some difficulty with the above rental:**) Flat tire while travelling on a smooth road surface in Salisbury. Lost parts of * days travel time to have the tire replaced by your Southampton office. Roadside Assistance was unwilling*unable to help.**) Low pressure tire light activated on * occasions. Checked the tire pressure at a garage on each occasion - no pressure issues.Lost significant travelling time on each occasion.**) Front tire pressure deemed to be incorrect in one instance in *) above and had to be adjusted.**) Transmission shifted to S range on its own on several occasions. Had to stop the car, turn it off and restart to convert back to D range. Seems odd.*You might want to check your maintenance protocols ( ie. quality of tires, tire pressure sensors etc.) to see if you can improve your clients' driving experience.
GetHuman-phil_lan did not yet indicate what Hertz should do to make this right.
