Hello,**I am trying to either send my package back to the sender or to a new London address. I have been a victim of a phishing scam in which the receiver has sent me fake emails and fraudulent information. Is there any way that I can cancel the package being delivered or send it to an entirely new address? For the past * days, I have only been able to talk to a robot and it is extremely infuriating to have only a certain amount of phrases understood. Your website refers to calling a *: **** *** **** but that number only refers me back to the website. Some basic human interaction would improve your company by so much. At the moment I am extremely disappointed with how I am being treated as a customer because I feel like your FAQ gives no help and your lack of customer service is sad. I am not very willing to use Hermes again unless I see a change.
