I am very disappointed with Hermes my partner have used you for years too from my address

I am trying to find out if my claim is going through Please ... What ever is going on twice just now i was supposed to be put through to speak to someone and twice it just cut out?? I am enquiring about my claim for a lost item I returned a claim form via email on *nd September and as yet not heard how it is going my item was lost at the Nottingham dept and when i talked to you people we came to the conclusion it had been stolen?
