I recently bought an item on eBay for delivery by Hermes at my workplace. eBay shows it was delivered at 20:13, but I work in an empty building at that time. Hermes claims it was delivered and signed for at 13:13, but their website still shows it with the courier. I made the purchase on 24-11-[redacted] at 20:24. I can't reach Hermes through their live chat or unhelpful phone number.

I recently received an email stating that my parcel was delivered, but I hadn't received it. I was home and monitoring for the delivery. Upon checking online, I noticed that the signature just had the initials HTC, which I assume represent the name of my house, Holly Tree Cottage. Unfortunately, the courier did not drop off my parcel. The tracking order number for the MCFC package is [redacted][redacted]. I kindly request reaching out to the driver to ensure the delivery of my parcel rather than holding onto it. Yesterday, we waited all day for our delivery, but no one showed up. I got an email saying my parcel was delivered and signed for, but it wasn't received here, and the signature pictured is not ours. I need to know where my parcel is and how to get it. I'm traveling to deliver this as a gift for my granddaughter this Sunday and need it urgently. I returned my item with tracking number 3[redacted] 6[redacted] on 7.12, and it was collected from the shop. However, the tracking information now indicates that the item is at the Hermes office since a few days. I need the item to be sent back to the retailer promptly so I can receive my refund. I contacted Hermes via email on 12.12 but have not received any response yet. I'm concerned about the lack of communication and I'm unable to reach them by phone directly. Can you assist in checking the current status of my item and provide an update on when it will be returned to the retailer?

I have been at home all day yesterday and today, but no card was left yesterday. There was no delivery made between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM today, even though your records indicate one was made. A previous package was mistakenly sent to the wrong address, and I suspect the same has occurred with this one. I have made sure to leave the lights on and clear notes on the front door for the delivery. Could you please confirm the whereabouts of my parcel? I am concerned it may have been sent to the incorrect address.

I placed an order for a tree last week and was expecting it to arrive between Monday and Thursday. The payment was deducted from my bank account quickly. However, there seems to be a discrepancy in the delivery status. The tracking information indicated an attempted delivery on Sunday when I was home all day. The parcel's delivery keeps getting delayed, causing frustration. If the tree does not arrive by Monday, I will have to escalate the issue. Additionally, I will be requesting a refund.

I placed an order on Amazon, but unfortunately, my package was never delivered. When checking the tracking information, it indicated there had been a problem with the delivery, with it seemingly ending up in France before being cancelled and returned. I was disappointed by the lack of communication from Hermes regarding the issue, and their customer service was unreachable. The tracking system wasn't working due to technical difficulties, and I couldn't reach anyone by phone either. Thankfully, Amazon stepped in and provided a refund. It's frustrating to have to go through the ordering process again after such a disappointing experience with Hermes.

I was informed that our delivery was scheduled for today, 13/12/[redacted], between 12:00 and 14:00. Despite being home at that time, I discovered through tracking that it was marked as delivered, which was not accurate. The item's barcode is [redacted][redacted]. My neighbor was home, visible from her window, and she did not see a delivery van, and our dog, who barks when someone is at the door, did not react. Our address is 33 Wheatsheaf Way, Exeter, EX2 8RQ. If no one is available, kindly leave the parcel near the garage door between the bins. Thank you, M Williams.

I visited your website to track the delivery of my Amazon order and was redirected here. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Your recent update mentioned that the courier faced difficulty reaching my address. I believe there may be confusion as previous Hermes deliveries were successful. If needed, the courier can reach me at 01[redacted]92 for guidance. Despite this, the Amazon page indicates attempted delivery. I have been home all day with my vigilant German Shepherd, so I am surprised by the delivery issue mentioned.

I am expecting a delivery today at my shop between 5pm and 7pm. Typically, I close at 5pm. When I received an update indicating the driver attempted delivery at 6pm and I was not present, this was inaccurate. The next delivery is now scheduled for the next working day. I would appreciate clear confirmation of the delivery time to ensure a successful delivery. I hope that this time the driver will indeed come to my address, as today they either went elsewhere or did not arrive at all. My parcel number is [redacted][redacted].

Yesterday, December 12th, I received an email from Hermes indicating they had delivered a parcel at 9:54. However, I was not home at that time, but my husband was, and he claims no one came to the door. The parcel was supposedly from JD Williams, although I have not made any orders from them and was not anticipating any deliveries. The tracking number provided was [redacted][redacted], and the delivery address listed was 67 Wensley Road. I am quite confused as I did not receive any parcel and have made no recent purchases.

I was anticipating a parcel delivery today, Friday, December 13, [redacted], at Bothwell House, Flat 4, Bothwell Street, Edinburgh, EH7 5YL, under the name Michael Birrane. The tracking number for the delivery is [redacted][redacted]. My order was for a star projector with 2 discs, which I presumed would arrive together in a box. However, only 1 disc arrived in a white bubble wrap package. The courier mentioned that the box would come separately, which seemed confusing to me. I have reached out to the company via email but haven't received a response yet. I've also tried calling various Hermes numbers but have been unsuccessful in speaking to a representative, which is quite frustrating. Additionally, the delivery was signed for, but not by me. The tracking information indicates that the delivery was made at 19:03, which is accurate but only partially what I was expecting. I would appreciate any help in understanding what has occurred. I am extremely disappointed in the delivery service provided. According to the tracking information, my package was marked as delivered at 3:51 p.m. on December 13, [redacted]. However, this is not accurate as my entire family was home at that time, and no one attempted to deliver the package. The delivery person did not knock on our door or leave the parcel on the porch despite the door being open. I request that the parcel be retrieved and redelivered promptly. Additionally, I hope you address this issue with the delivery person to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I received a message stating that my QUIZ parcel arrived on Friday, December 13th at 19:43 at St. Marys Primary School, Duke Rd, with a signature. The delivery address provided is: St Marys RC Primary School Duke Road Chiswick W4 2DF I wanted to clarify that the school operates until 4 pm from Mon-Fri, so I am unsure how the parcel was delivered to the school when it was closed. I've been waiting all day for a package, but when I checked the tracking, it said it was delivered and signed for. Nobody at my address signed for it and it wasn't delivered here. I recommend improving your staff's ability to understand and address customer concerns. I emailed yesterday regarding a parcel mistakenly delivered to my address. In response, I received a message stating the parcel had been delivered, showing a lack of attention to detail. Despite explaining the situation in my initial email, the reply indicated a misunderstanding. When attempting to call, the phone numbers redirected me to the website and disconnected abruptly. This caused inconvenience as the only contact method was via email. It is essential that only my orders are delivered to my address, not parcels intended for others. I have been waiting for a parcel from USC in the UK. Initially, I received an email with a photo of the package discarded in a waste bin near a busy public road. When I got home, the parcel was missing, and I never authorized leaving it unattended. Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach out to Hermes over the past week, I recently received an email that falsely claims I signed for the package at my house today. The signature provided on the Hermes tracking is not mine. These items are meant to be Christmas gifts for my child, and I urgently need them before the holiday. I prefer not to have Hermes as the courier for this delivery due to my lack of confidence in their services.

Hi, I have been experiencing challenges with missed Hermes deliveries as a result of difficult delivery times and delayed updates. Currently, I am awaiting a redelivery of an item that was returned to the sender after failing to receive it three times from Wayfair. I am now expecting the same item from House of Fraser. I am eager to receive this package. Could I possibly redirect it? Is there a drop-off location where I can retrieve it at my convenience? Would it be possible to redirect it to my work address? I was expecting parcel [redacted][redacted] to be delivered on Thursday, but it has not arrived yet. I have been home all day, so I am sure it was not delivered. There are no access issues on my street. I am very disappointed because this is a gift. I have received other packages without issue before. Please respond to me promptly.
