I paid for a return to Landsend due to be collected today between *am-*pm. I waited in all day and am extremely disappointed and annoyed. *There is absolutely no information to say when the when the courier will now arrive except to say he will attempt another * times!!! Unfortunately*I will not be available after *pm tomorrow for * days.*PLEASE ADVISE URGENTLY as this parcel must go to retailer without delay.*The number on the label, when entered into your collection enquiry form, says i must contact retailer directly. I have tried calling but getting nowhere, going round in circles, dreadful service.
