After missing the initial delivery, I updated my delivery preferences to have the package left on my porch. However, the next day, I still missed the delivery to my front porch as I was not home. I then adjusted the preferences for a neighbor's delivery on the third day, but it was unsuccessful again due to my absence. This repeated issue is frustrating. As I am currently using crutches and opted for a home delivery for convenience, this situation has been anything but convenient. I am seeking assurance that the order will be delivered tomorrow, regardless of my presence at home.

I missed a delivery three times despite providing my neighbor's address for the package. They don't go out during the day, so they should have received it. However, I keep getting "sorry we missed you" cards without any attempt for delivery or details on the card to contact the driver. The package is now going back to the retailer.

My security camera shows no delivery at the stated time, and I was home. The status even shows it was signed for, which is not accurate. I've been eagerly awaiting a delivery for several days now. According to the tracking information, delivery attempts were made three times, but that doesn't seem accurate since our office has been fully staffed with no delivery attempts. I even left a note on the door after 5pm for Hermes to ring the buzzer, but no one showed up, and yet another delivery attempt was marked as unsuccessful. I stayed until 8pm and even checked our CCTV, which confirmed that there were no delivery attempts during the alleged times. I've reached out to the seller, who has been trying to assist, and I gave Hermes my mobile number for direct contact, but I haven't received any calls. Despite our office being occupied, there was still a failed delivery attempt. This situation needs to be resolved promptly as this level of service from Hermes is very disappointing, especially considering their past reliability.

I am having trouble tracking my parcel on the Hermes website. I cannot find the option to enter a tracking number and follow my parcel live like with other delivery services such as Amazon. I am unable to call their customer service due to restrictions on my phone network. I am feeling frustrated after finishing a long night shift and dealing with this issue. My parcel was sent to a previous address that is currently being sold, despite me informing them twice of the correct address. I purchased the item from someone on Facebook, and they used Hermes for delivery. It seems the system has flagged the incorrect address. I have been on the phone for about 50-20 minutes trying to resolve this matter, but I am unsure how to proceed.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] I have been let down by the courier who claims a delivery was attempted on Thursday, May 9th, stating I was not available. However, upon checking my CCTV footage, no one came to my house that day. The courier did not leave a delivery card as claimed. The original email indicated a reattempt on Friday, May 10th, but nothing was delivered. Interestingly, the previous delivery had two damaged items, and I did not sign for it. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this service. A possible solution would be to switch to a different carrier for future deliveries.

I purchased a 3 ft tree from Gardening Express online, and they shipped it using Hermes. According to the tracking information, Hermes received the 3-liter pot with the tree last Monday evening. Despite waiting in for four days, today marks the fifth day and the tree has not arrived. I contacted Live Chat yesterday and was informed that the item had been passed to a specialist delivery service and would arrive within the next 24 hours. However, it's almost 4 pm now, and I'm still waiting with no delivery received. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted], which Hermes claimed yesterday wasn't their number and advised me to contact the seller. I find it frustrating that it's difficult to reach Live Chat, and when I finally do, I have to insist on speaking with a human instead of a robot. I urgently need to get in touch with someone regarding the delivery.

It has been two days now, and I have been waiting at home for the deliveries from Premier Man as promised. I waited on Friday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Saturday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Unfortunately, your couriers have not met expectations, and the information provided in your texts and emails claiming nobody was home seems inaccurate. If my orders are not delivered on Monday, I will refrain from using your service or any affiliated companies in the future.

I am dissatisfied with the way the delivery driver handled my package. Despite being home, the driver did not knock on the door. Instead, they carelessly left the package containing a broken mirror over the gate. I have documented evidence from my CCTV showing the driver's negligence. I have tried reaching out via email requesting a phone call but have not received a response. I attempted delivery, but it seems no one was home, yet I did not leave a notification. Despite our presence, the courier did not acknowledge it. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. At 7:20 pm, no attempt was made. Feeling frustrated, I left a note on the door requesting a knock, which was ignored. This situation is upsetting as I require the item for tomorrow, a dog travel crate, and will be away. I urge Hermes courier to improve their service and deliver before 9:30 on Wednesday, May 15th. I am certain they did not visit my house on both occasions, as I was actively watching out for them.

I received a package from EBay today that was signed for by a neighbor. However, after speaking to my neighbor, she mentioned not receiving or signing for any package as she was in all day. We do not recognize the signature that was used to sign for the parcel. The note on our door requested the parcel to be delivered next door to Jesamine Cottage. Subject: Missing Delivery Inquiry I am reaching out regarding my missing delivery from Morphe with tracking number [redacted][redacted] and order number [redacted]. According to the email, the parcel was scheduled to arrive on the 7th of May [redacted] between 8 am and 12 pm. However, upon checking my email on the 10th of May, I discovered that the parcel was already marked as delivered at 10:59 am to my address: [redacted] Milltown Avenue, BT283TT. I can confirm that neither I nor anyone in my household received or signed for the parcel. Despite the tracking information indicating that 'Patton' signed for the parcel at my address, the signature does not match mine in any way. I have checked with neighbors who also did not receive or sign for the parcel. I am deeply disappointed by this situation, especially since the parcel was a birthday gift ordered well in advance. I posted a parcel on April 26th, it was collected on the 27th from the shop. I received an email on the 29th stating the delivery window was 9am-1pm. However, later on, another email indicated the parcel was too large and needed sorting within 48 hours, asking for an extra £10.80 on top of the £17.98 paid. Eventually, the parcel was delivered back to me on May 10th, in a very damaged condition after paying a total of £30 for the service. I feel that the service was subpar as I was not informed that the parcel was being returned to me. My reference number is [redacted]0. I am hoping for a full refund and apologize to the recipient who expected the parcel on April 29th.

I am concerned about the unsatisfactory delivery of my parcel. The package was left near the dustbin, visible from the road, and an alternate item was left on the doorstep where it could blow away. Even though I specified a neighbor's address due to my absence, it was still mishandled. The tracking information indicates it was signed for by someone with the initials C E, which is inaccurate as no one signed for it. This unfortunate delivery incident mirrors a previous occurrence involving my husband's delivery with tracking number 60-[redacted]-72-[redacted]9-7, which was also wrongly marked as signed for but left in plain sight with a similar missed delivery card situation. I would appreciate an explanation for this disappointing delivery service.

I made an order last week and was expecting Hermes to deliver my parcel on Friday. Despite staying at home all day as they requested in the email, Hermes claimed they tried to deliver it just before 7 pm saying I wasn't in. The same thing happened the next day, with my partner at home waiting, but again they said delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. This has occurred for two days now, with false claims of attempted delivery. Despite promises of delivery on the next working day, I have yet to receive my parcel. The delivery person from Hermes is also an issue, as they are unpleasant when buzzing the door and swear when asked to go upstairs. I suspect this individual is responsible for not delivering my parcel at all.

My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. The parcel was delivered today after several changes to the delivery times. It was signed for by Gate, which is not a valid signature. The package was carelessly tossed over the gate and luckily, I spotted it after reading the email notification from Hermes. I urge for better service in the future, ensuring that drivers take the effort to come up the drive, ring the doorbell, and obtain a proper signature. This negligent delivery method could risk the parcel being stolen. I have an electric gate with an intercom system that the driver could have utilized. Please review the delivery person's actions and make sure this does not happen again.

I need assistance with returning a faulty gazebo to Studio Cards. The driver attempted to collect it on Monday, May 13th, but refused to take it as he deemed it inadequately packed. He returned on Wednesday, while I was at work, leaving a card without contact information. Today he came again while I was at work, once more leaving a card without his name or contact details. I assume he will return tomorrow, a day when I will also be at work. I kindly request that the driver be scheduled to come on Saturday when I will be home. I received a calling card for the second attempted delivery of my parcel despite being at home all morning and keeping my porch open. This is the second time within two weeks I've faced issues with Hermes deliveries. The first time the parcel was sent back to the seller without three delivery attempts, causing additional costs. In both instances, there were no knocks on the door, just calling cards left behind. I followed instructions on the first calling card to arrange redelivery, but it was not successful.
