I have a parcel that was delivered to me on the **th feb, which is damage and I have collected amazon and they have sent me a Hermes labels for the return, they said it would be collected the next business day the return was reported on the *******. I have looked on the return area of your site and it asked me to place the barcode which I did, but it couldn’t find it. **************** to amazon.
