I was expecting a parcel from Amazon to be delivered on *st Dec. On *rd Dec I tracked the parcel. The message read*'Parcel damaged and will not be delivered'. I contacted Amazon who will refund the cost incurred. I have now received another message to contact yourselves which said ' held by carrier. Customer to arrange delivery' What is this about? Why would I want to arrange delivery of damaged goods? I would suggest that the parcel is returned to Amazon. The tracking ID is ****************. Please advise.
