Missing parcel, it was signed for by a neighbour who are denying it. A spoke to a college on live chat night before last and he said it was getting investigated and would get back to me. But I haven’t heard anything. I want this resolved as gone on long enough.
GetHuman825041 did not yet indicate what Hermes.com should do to make this right.

Go on live chat to Hermes, who then set up an investigation, then the supplier will credit you for your goods. You have got to persevere, but why should someone take in your parcel then say they haven’t! It’s a disgrace
