I ordered a pair of socks on November **th and my credit card has been charged. According to Fed Ex, only the shipping label was sent to Fed Ex, no pick up order was given to Fed Ex so they never received the package from Happy Socks. This is for a Christmas gift. This is an issue between Happy Socks and Fed Ex. I want this resolved NOW. Either credit my credit card or get the package to Fed Ex. I am extremely unhappy and will be contacting the credit bureau and Better Business Bureau if this is not resolved in the next ** hours. I do NOT want an email...I want a phone call. My name is Allison Janssen and my phone number is ***-***-****.
