My name is Barbara Forgy I have used three (*) HP laptops, one returned to HSN with many problems after their return period, the next was returned for repairs, and now the third purchased in July or August, ****. There have been many problems with the ** inch lap top I now have in my possession after using HP technicians. *My first two technicians were cordial and helpful. Third was also cordial however not helpful and refused to give me any service unless I pay a charge. Now, I was not happy about this mainly because I was not charged or asked for payment on the two previous visits. *I now have a laptop totally useless to me. **As an ** year old senior with moderate income I want you to know I cannot spend my income on items that can’t service me properly. This product was purchased on HSN’s flex pay and that was a hardship. *I also purchased from HP coverage for spyware, malware, etc. *My request is for consideration for a new laptop with coverage.**Amiably,*Barbara Forgy***** *th Avenue *** C*New York, NY *****
