I had bought a care package for two years and I’ve been sick I’ve been quarantine from April * all the way until I am sorry March * and all the way until April ** and even though I’m feeling a whole lot better I’m still having some weakness with my hands and my legs and some dizziness and every once in a while and unexpectedly I become out of breath so I haven’t been able to do everything I need to do but while I was sick I’m guessing on the night that I’m pretty sure it was the ninth I am was using the computer and ice I got dizzy and I dropped it on some blankets and I went to the bathroom and came back and I didn’t notice anything was wrong with it because I fell asleep and a few days later when I opened it I didn’t notice it but it was scratched I noticed it once I turned it on and I realize that it had cracked after I left the computer on for a little while using it to scratch became bigger in anyway I was gonna report it as soon as I was feeling better but I went to report it and that was yesterday and the diagnostic tool is saying that my warranty with the chiropractor expired just three days ago and it shouldn’t have because it should’ve gotten it should still be active it should’ve gone all the way through June ** and anyway I know that HP is probably making some adjustments because of the COVID-** But I have chatted with the virtual assistant several times and it just keeps taking me around and it wears me out because it keeps wanting me to use a diagnostic tool and then it refuses to let me speak to someone and it says that I can’t help me and so I applied with it for several hours but I really need to talk to someone on the phone I’m using speech to text on the phone now but I have chatted with the virtual assistant several times and it just keeps taking me around and it wears me out because it keeps wanting me to use a diagnostic tool and then it refuses to let me speak to someone and it says that I can’t help me and so I applied with it for several hours but I really need to talk to someone on the phone I’m using speech to text on the phone now To type this so please excuse any errors this system will not let me talk to an actual person and with the way that I feel I spent a lot of time trying to get in touch with y’all and I haven’t been able to I know that my warranty is fixing to expire but on the computer he saying that it already did of course it was after my incident but I did not know right away that it has even cracked I mean I dropped it on a big pile of fluffy blankets and I left it there for days and whenever I turned it on I guess that’s been a very cracked worse because it was just a little scratch in fact I thought it was higher but it is not broken as far as when you feel it but the touchscreen does not work on it and I do need to get that repaired and I’m hoping that y’all will work with me on that even though the diagnostic tool says that my warranty expired on the **rd or the **th if you look at the documents the warrantees actually overlap and they weren’t supposed to start the care package until after the general warranty expired from what I was told when I bought it. The diagnostic tool is showing the correct dates that I purchased it as well as the dates of the care package going to effect prior to the original warranty expiring , overlapping and going into Effect before it was needed while the general manufactures warranty was still active.. I got the protection with a spill, drop and crack repair . This computer is actually my daughters and I don’t normally use it I bought it for her and I’m about to be evicted and I’m low on money and I have to be able to return this to her before she starts school I maybe come in sick has really impacted everything so I could really use some good news

I have no idea what I pressed I don’t have the human thing and I’m hoping that y’all were going to call me because I am running into buying one after the other So please even if you have to call from a landline my number is ***-***-**** and whoever reads this please delete it and don’t show all the other customers that I couldn’t do it either
