I have been receiving charge amounts for ink cartridges on my master card since January but haven't received any ink. Mu account was canceled in March but am still being billed for ink but haven't received any ink. I have been trying with no success to resolve this issue but cannot get any positive answer to my problem. I cancelled my account for instant ink because of a problem connecting a new printer to my computer. My account has been charged every month since January but no ink received even before I canceled my account. I am beyond being nice about this and would wish some kind of answer that has not already been given to me. The phone number given on my charge was disconnected. I would like to talk to a real person because I don't get any satisfaction from your virtual agent.
