The issue in GetHuman-ooniee's own words
Hi, I had called HP a couple of weeks ago, cause I was having problems with my computer. When I called, it could be the number I used, I got connected with VG *Tech support. I paid $***.** for a lifetime computer help, and $***.** for a blockage to be put on my computer for my bank accts, and credit card accts. Since back in March I was scammed and lost money.*I searched this company, and it says that you use them for your tech support, besides your own. I been told by people that this company is a scam, and I paid for nothing. Could you please reassure me that this is a good company, and that they are associate with HP like it says. I couldn't understand why I was transferred to them, and do you charge for this type of protection. Thank You Dolores Reich
