My NI no: YA ** ** ** A*My ref: **** ******I telephoned **** *** **** about *pm last Wednesday, *th December and eventually got through to Mohammed Zahed about two issues:**. The Annual Tax Summary ******* which showed £**** "other income" which should have been £****. I had received a letter ref. ****YB***** from AM Ducker dated *th April **** requiring a breakdown of this sum divided between dividends (£****) and bank*building society interest (£***). This ought to have been available from my Self Assessment Tax Return filed on **th October ****. **. My Notice of Coding for ****** - ****** is incorrect as it shows untaxed interest of £*** which is well within my personal Savings Allowance of £****. *I requested a correct Tax Code Notice.*Mr Zahed said he would look into it and contact me by telephone (having requested a password from me) this week. *I have not heard back from him and neither have I received a new Tax Code.* Please will you look into this.*It is extremely difficult to contact you with this sort of query. *I received a letter in October stating that the last SA tax return I need to complete is for the year ended *th April ****., which I submitted at the end of October. I am aware I owe £** tax which I need to pay by **st January ****. *I should like my query sorted first please.
