I bought your deluxe tax software but the codes to download it do not work. I have tried calling but no luck. Please resend me the email with the ability to download the program from that email.

GetHuman-dmgspock did not yet indicate what H&R Block should do to make this right.

I have called and been on hold for hours. I was sent new codes. They didnt sork. I have been working on this for hours. Frustrated
