IRS website says that my refund was sent via direct deposit on Wednesday Feb **th. I chose the option of having my fees for service deducted from my refund so I know the money has to go to your *rd party first for processing, but I still haven’t gotten my refund yet. Your website says that the IRS is still processing and that i’ll Be notified when the funds are released. I called the IRS hotline to make sure there are no offsets and I’m clear there. Is your third party bank still processing my return? Did they receive my refund? Can you give me the status of my refund?
