I am a loyal customer of ** yrs. This tax time I am very upset bout my experience. I have a sickness that was diagnosed with that is eventually gonna get worse and worse. As a result, I had to leave my job. I had expected to get refund advance to help get me by, but I was not informed of the possibility of being denied because of credit check. No where was it stated nor tax advisor say anything about u must meet certain eligibility requirements. I was even sent several emails saying I pre-qualification of a **** refund advance. I'm upset about the false misrepresentation by HRBlock and the way I've been talked to and treated by them on the phone. I will not be recommending anyone to them and I want to know how this billion dollar company can treat a single mom that got sick with an autoimmune disease that will eventually take me from my boys like this. I also feel that HRBlock should make sure there tax professionals let everyone know that the IRS won't even begin to release funds to taxpayers until middle of February then when I talked to someone today it's now Feb. **. There seems to be a lot of miscommunication with ur tax professionals who I paid *** to get treated like trash* I feel I deserve that HRBlock should at least refund part of what I paid to have my taxes done and all pain and suffering they cause even on top of what all I am already going tbrough with my new diagnosis.
