Order ************Good morning, the reason for my message is to express my total disappointment about H&M, I am a loyal customer for many years, I love all your clothes and **% of my closet in the H&M brand including my underwear.* I had never bought online, but I decided to do it because now I am a mom and I have a newborn baby at home that makes it hard for me to leave, so a few days ago I made my first order for more than $ *** dollars, but the order never came to my house, I had I went looking for all my neighbors my package and finally it appeared but I had reported the package as lost so I went to the store to return the merchandise and bought it again in the warehouse, but there was a piece that I wanted because I loved it but I wanted it in a size that the store did not have, so I made the order again on the internet of the piece, and finally I received it yesterday, when I opened the package the first thing I saw was that the piece had white deodorant marks, and also It was dirty at the bottom, and it definitely smelled bad, someone used that piece before and yet H&M sent it to me. I went to the store but they did not accept it because the piece had been used, they said I had to return it by mail, call customer service to expose my disagreement and they tell me that I must return the item and wait to get a refund. My disagreement is because I paid for something new and H&M was not honest in sending me something used and in poor condition, I feel they don't treat me with respect, and now I have to wait so many days to get my money back, this is not fair I called again to try to speak with a supervisor and they left me waiting for more than ** minutes and in the end I hung up the call because again I felt humiliated, what a bad customer service.* I will not return the piece because honestly it makes me very angry, and I feel trampled, I will throw it away because I will not wear something second-hand, and I will not return it because I will surely have to wait more than a week for the package to arrive at H&M and Then they will tell me that the piece was already used and they will not return the money, as a step when I try to return the item in the store.* They have lost a client, I will never go back to one of their stores and they have really made me feel sad and helpless.
