We have a customer won an auction from us for some ammo. He received it, decided that it wasn't right for him and returned it to us. We graciously took the ammo back and gave him a full refund. Then, the same customer won another auction from us. His credit card was on file from his previous purchase with us, which automatically generated a payment when the auction was processed. Our customer service reps were contacted by the customer that he no longer wanted the items from this auction either. Our Gunbroker Account Lead contacted the customer and explained to him that we would do him a favor and cancel this order, although it had already closed auction and been processed, but unfortunately he would not be able to bin on any more of our auction and therefore would be blocked. He was also given the option to keep the order as is and he would remain in good standing with us. The customer decided to continue with cancelling the order and was therefore blocked from any further bidding on our Gunbroker account. This customer gave us an A* rating, but wrote a negative review, stating that we were scammers that take his money without his approval and blocking him because he 'caught us'. We proceeded to respond to this customer's review with the facts (in a brief format due to the character restrictions). **Over the weekend, this same customer made numerous more untruthful, negative reviews on our Gunbroker account, which has since been shutdown for review and is costing my company money on many levels. Please resolve this issue immediately. We are a loyal customer that does quite a bit of business with Gunbroker, both through selling and buying. I would expect this matter to be resolved quickly and proficiently so that we might maintain our healthy working relationship.
