A bidder purchased item Listing # [redacted]71, marked it as paid, but did not send payment. The phone number provided was invalid, and they are now communicating via another email. They requested shipment details but did not confirm payment method. This bidder has no feedback and is unresponsive after marking the item as paid, preventing cancellation of the auction. I have not received any correspondence from them in 4 days on GB. I suspect this individual is a scammer as I face potential fees of over $[redacted] with no sale. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Michael

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, I encountered an issue with resetting my password. After entering my email for the reset link, I kept receiving an "Invalid link failure, please restart the process" message. This became an endless loop of frustration. In an attempt to resolve it, I created a new account using my gmail address, but it has been stuck in a manual review by Gunbroker for 18 days. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with Gunbroker, all I receive are non-functional reset links. I kindly request the deletion of the [redacted] account and the restoration of my original [redacted] account. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently listed a Beretta [redacted] over under shotgun on GB for a 7-day run. I've noticed that when I search for my item using the search bar on the homepage with "Beretta over under," I can find it. However, when I navigate through the categories like selecting shotguns, I can't seem to find my listing. This issue might be hindering potential bidders from finding my item easily. I am unsure if there is an error in my listing description or if the specifications like the 12 gauge with full barrel choke tubes are causing the problem. How can I ensure my listing is more visible to bidders who browse through the site categories?

I won item # [redacted]16, but I am wary of the seller named Michael from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He had trouble communicating in English and asked me to make the check out to a woman in Connecticut. The seller has no sales record with your platform and insists on payment his way or he won't deliver the item. There are red flags like requesting payment to someone else and misrepresenting a product. I tried to clarify payment methods and suggested using an FFL authorized dealer, but he refuses unless I follow his instructions. I also bid on another item from him, but he is trying to change the listing after the fact. I fear this could be a fraudulent scheme, and I want to warn you about it. Our communication was through Gmail, so you can review our emails for details. I hope you can address this issue promptly. Thank you, Larry Lewis.

I bought item #[redacted]00 from Chuck Marshall. The ad claimed no stock damage, but the stock is cracked ($50.00 to repair) and the action has 4 drilled holes, two hidden behind the scope mount ($[redacted].00 to repair). Despite Mr. Marshall responding to me initially, he stopped when I requested compensation for these issues. I noticed only 2 of the 4 holes in his gunbroker pictures. I trusted Mr. Marshall's description, and now I believe he deceived me. Since he hasn't reached out, I am seeking full compensation of $[redacted].00. When selling on platforms like gunbroker or eBay, I am always upfront about any defects, both in writing and images. Thank you for your attention to this matter, David J. Brown.

On December 21, [redacted], around 12:06 pm, I successfully bid on a Kimber CDP II Compact 45 from a top seller, Mr. Phillip Baker of Indiana, on Gin Broker. The site confirmed my bid, showing a tracking number for two-day shipping. I promptly had my FFL from Shooters Bench send their FFL the same day. After contacting Mr. Phillip on December 24 to check on the shipment status, he mentioned the Christmas holiday could potentially cause a delay. Despite this, on December 26, the tracking only showed a printed label without shipping status. I emailed Mr. Baker for an update, and he informed me the gun was picked up and on its way, though no tracking number was provided due to a past issue. As of today, December 27, there is still no active tracking information available. I'm a new user on Gin Broker and have purchased from two different sellers this week. I'm worried as my payment was processed on December 21, and Mr. Baker's site promised "Two-Day Shipping." I'm disappointed with the lack of clear communication and would appreciate a resolution to this matter. Name: Julio Medeiros Purchase Order: Thumbnail Image Item Title: NIB KIMBER COMPACT CDP II 45ACP 4" CASE Item Number: [redacted]48

Last night, I made a mistake and accidentally bid on the wrong gun. I quickly emailed the seller to explain the situation and requested them to cancel or remove my bid. Despite contacting them multiple times and receiving a response indicating they would assist me, I have not heard back. Time is running out, and I am concerned that I will end up with the wrong gun while the one I intended to purchase goes to someone else. Can anyone offer guidance or assistance with this issue?

The other night, I was very tired and accidentally bid on the wrong Beretta PX4 on Gun Broker. I contacted the seller via email immediately and they seemed willing to assist me. The following day, I noticed the incorrect Beretta still listed on the website. After inquiring, the listing disappeared, so I assumed the issue was resolved and proceeded to bid on the correct one. However, upon returning from medical appointments, I found both Berettas listed. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation with Gun Broker, I was only instructed to pay up. I ended up purchasing one gun but encountered difficulty with the seller of the other requiring a money order for payment - a method I don't typically use. As a retired cop, I don't have the extra funds for this misunderstanding. Gun Broker has been unresponsive except for demanding payment. Any advice would be appreciated.

I bought a holster from Kellysurplus110 (item number [redacted]48) but had communication issues. I ordered 20 holsters at $8 each, as shown in our emails. There were misunderstandings due to my phone being dead briefly, but Kellysurplus110's reaction was unprofessional. I left feedback, and Kellysurplus110 retaliated negatively. He falsely claimed I was unhappy about not getting holsters for $8 each, which I never said. I believe his comments are deceitful. Despite his health struggles, his behavior is unacceptable. I ask Gunbroker to review our communication and remove his negative comments.

I purchased a gun through Gun Broker on January 5th. However, when the gun arrived at the shop today, my name and address were not on the shipping label. This situation is unacceptable. I had paid for the gun with item number [redacted]96, and I used Gun Brokers' express checkout indicating the shipping details, receiver outlet information, email, and FFL number. Despite numerous attempts to address this issue with Gun Broker and St. Auctions, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and I doubt I will do future business with Gun Broker. The responsibility lies with the company to ensure all details are correct, not the receiving party. I am also seeking guidance on how to leave feedback for St. Auctions. This entire process has been a waste of time and very unprofessional. Thank you. - H.K.

On January 26, [redacted], I successfully won an auction for a LNIB Bright Stainless Steel Colt Python with an 8” Barrel. Upon receiving notification of my winning bid on GunBroker, I promptly contacted the seller (buck39) to arrange payment via a Cashier's Check of $3,[redacted].00 along with sending my FFL information via Certified Mail on Monday, January 28. Despite providing all necessary details and a USPS Tracking Number for the payment, I only received a request for payment reminder from seller buck39 without any acknowledgement of my messages. It came to my attention on January 31 that the seller opened a Non-Paying Bidder Report, possibly due to a lack of communication. Following up on February 6, I confirmed the payment had cleared and reached out again for shipping status without receiving a response. I hope to resolve this with the seller and appreciate any assistance provided. Sincerely, Jeffrey D. K. (1gunbyr)

Rodger R. misrepresented the PPSH receiver with photos that did not match the actual product. Expecting it to fit my original PPSH stock and gun assembly for $1,[redacted], the poorly welded receiver did not align as depicted. Without any documentation proving it was an AA Arms receiver, the stamped shroud might be authentic, but overall, the assembly is subpar. My own assessment, supported by my FFL and others, values it at no more than $[redacted]. Despite demanding shipment to an FFL, the package lacked any paperwork or Robertson's FFL details upon arrival. Numerous attempts to contact Robertson were fruitless until I hinted at pursuing mail fraud and a claim. His response, criticizing and citing Gunbroker's final sale policy, was unsatisfactory. I seek a refund for the $[redacted] cashier's check, returning the misrepresented receiver still with my FFL. Gunbroker should take responsibility as Robertson exploits their non-negotiable policy. Delaying shipment citing FFL information issues, he failed to use an FFL for delivery. The receiver's poor quality upon inspection confirms suspicions of being deceived.

Gunbroker has placed an orange warning label on my listing, suggesting it may be a duplicate or fraudulent. This has affected our listing negatively. We only used Gunvalues to gather information about our gun's value and year for accuracy. We do not have any bids or watchers, and we are paying extra for a special listing. This gun has sentimental value to our family for over 50 years. We are confused by the warning and would like it removed promptly. If Gunbroker prefers us to sell elsewhere, we ask for clear communication. Otherwise, we request the warning to be removed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought item [redacted]63 on 5/15 and paid with a USPS money order on 5/18 for shipping costs provided by the seller. The seller relisted the same item at a higher price ([redacted]36) and is unresponsive. Selling the same item more than once seems to violate rules and may involve contract breach, fraud, or theft. Kindly remove the new listing ([redacted]36) until this issue with the seller is settled. I expect a lawful and honest transaction within your authority. Please address this promptly to avoid legal trouble and protect your reputation. Contact me at [redacted] / [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you. R. DeMott, PA State Law Enforcement Officer

I bought the TruGlo TG131MP from CombatPrep on June 9th. The payment was deducted from my account on June 12th. The item number is #[redacted]97, and the order number is #[redacted] for $56.98. I have attempted to reach out to the company via email and phone multiple times, but I have not received any response. I am seeking assistance in either receiving my purchase or getting a refund. I also intend to file a formal complaint against the company for their lack of communication. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

I placed a bid on a handgun listed as a Ruger, but the caliber was not correct in the description. I've been experiencing password issues on the site for three days, having to reset it each time I log in. I attempted to cancel the bid due to the inaccurate information; I wanted a 9mm, not a .22 caliber. I believe the seller should provide accurate details in their listings. I was unable to stop the bid myself. I request that the bid be halted and my account closed. Kindly reach out to me promptly at 1-[redacted]. I urge you to leave your contact number when you call, as it's essential for communication. Thank you, Greg K.

Hello. I need assistance with resetting my password on gunbroker.com. I have not been receiving the email updates with the link to reset my password. In the promotional emails I receive, there are GunBroker sponsored free giveaways. I am concerned about the shipping fees. I made a purchase for three hydration packs and a gun magnet through GunBroker, but I never received them. I also have a pending promotion for range bags. I spoke with a representative who acknowledged my order but mentioned that it might have slipped through the cracks. This situation is not ideal as it tarnishes GunBroker's reputation. I want to bring this issue to your attention. Please contact me at [redacted].

I recently made a purchase on GunBroker.com and authorized payment through my VISA card on file with them. However, the Seller requested my card number as they are not set up with GunBroker for credit card payments. I have been trying to contact GunBroker Customer Service to confirm my payment status and ensure the Seller has been paid, but haven't been successful in reaching them. My order number is [redacted], placed today, 10/9/[redacted]. As a registered buyer on GunBroker, I find it frustrating that there are no phone contacts available. Any advice would be appreciated. - J.G.

I purchased a rifle on GunBroker.com that arrived damaged. The seller acknowledged the issue and agreed to provide a refund. I have proof of delivery showing that the package was delivered to the seller's mailbox. Despite the seller claiming it was stolen, they initially agreed to refund me. After multiple attempts to communicate through emails and phone calls, the seller has now gone silent. In hindsight, I should have disputed the credit card charge, but I chose to trust the seller.
