I purchased two tickets through Groupon, which I canceled a couple of weeks ago. I received an email from customer service confirming the refund, but I have not seen the money in my card yet. The Groupon app indicates the refund has been processed, but the funds are not in my account. Since Sydney is still in lockdown, I would like to cancel another purchase. The cancellation numbers for the two previous items are [redacted]9 and [redacted][redacted]. I also need help canceling a gift for teeth whitening in Lakemba. During our stay at the Travelodge by Wyndham Hotel in Virginia Beach on September 5, [redacted], we encountered numerous issues in our rooms. There were dirty floors, mold, mildew on the walls and shower curtains, cracks in the bathroom tile and walls, as well as holes in the window drapes. The situation escalated when we found roaches coming from the tiles and baseboards. When I addressed these concerns with the hotel staff, they were unhelpful and claimed they couldn't assist since we didn't report the problems earlier. Despite our attempts to seek a resolution, the staff was uncooperative and unwilling to provide their names. Although a full refund may not be possible due to delayed complaints, I believe a $[redacted] credit would be fair given the conditions we endured. The hotel needs significant renovation and cleaning. Our experience was further validated by similar negative reviews from other guests. I recently purchased a Groupon voucher for an "Express wash and interior detail" at Precision Mobile Wash. I contacted them to schedule an appointment before my voucher expired, and they assured me they would honor it. However, upon trying to use the voucher, I discovered they had marked it as redeemed without providing any service. I attempted to contact them but found their phone number no longer in service. I am disappointed that merchants can redeem vouchers without providing the service and concerned about the lack of security measures from Groupon. I received a refund from Groupon, but my questions about the refund were ignored, and now the deal I purchased is no longer available. I reached out to the vendor, who couldn't help due to the refund made by Groupon. I need Groupon to reinstate my purchase so the vendor can honor it before the deal expires on 9/15. Despite reaching out to a supervisor, I have not received a satisfactory response. The phone number provided for Groupon only leads to a callback recording, and I couldn't find a way to contact customer support through the website. Time is running out, and I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I recently purchased a Groupon from Tap That Axe for a reservation on September 8th, from 7pm to 8pm. After receiving email confirmations and driving over an hour for a birthday party, we discovered the venue was closed and out of business. I have tried contacting [redacted] regarding a refund, but have not received any response. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and would like to be refunded for the services that were not provided.

On the evening of September 11, I used the Groupon app to buy a Valvoline Instant Oil change deal. I had selected the full synthetic oil change for $49.50 but ended up being charged $[redacted].00 for a couples massage due to a mix-up. I quickly canceled and was refunded with "Bucks," but I prefer a refund to my bank card. Hello, I'm Julie Stewart. I bought a Groupon for Ranch House Cafe in Canyon, TX, which expired on August 4, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I couldn't use it before then. I purchased a Sam's Club membership through Groupon in July [redacted] with an expiration date of September 15th. When I went to Sam's to pick up my membership card, they said it had already been redeemed. I have been trying to resolve this by contacting Sam's Club and Groupon, but have not received any help. I purchased two ultra facelift treatments from BodybyDesign for $89. I have been in contact with the vendor to set appointment dates. Due to a past car accident, I have had fat transplanted to my face, and I inquired about how this procedure might affect it. Instead of addressing my concerns, the vendor scheduled an appointment and provided information on the procedure, including potential side effects and consent forms. However, my specific question regarding the impact on transplanted fat cells was left unanswered. I have asked for the appointment to be canceled, but I am currently unable to exchange my voucher. I purchased four architecture tour packages in Chicago and was told by the boat company that they were valid for five years, despite the October 31 deadline displayed. I accidentally purchased the wrong Groupon voucher for a lash lift at Salon LePetie instead of the intended place, Honey Skincare and Lash. When I arrived at Honey Skincare and Lash, I was unable to use the voucher. Since I will be leaving the USA for a few years, I won't be able to utilize the Groupon voucher or points. During my trip to Tennessee, I bought a Groupon for 5 Rivers Adventure. When I called to make reservations, they couldn't accommodate the trip due to low bookings. I couldn't find the trade-in option and attempted to request a refund for three days without success. As I don't live nearby and won't return, I won't be able to use the Groupon. I placed two orders on Groupon for Botox on September 27th. Each total was $[redacted].20. I noticed two charges on my PayPal account, but on my Visa statement, there was an additional charge of $[redacted].37 for bamboo sheets that I did not order.
