I used a Groupon to schedule a wheel alignment for my vehicle, providing all the necessary information to the merchant. Upon arriving for the appointment (post the 3-day refund period), the merchant attempted to align the wheels but discovered their machine was outdated for newer vehicles. They suggested I return the Groupon. Despite trying to return it, I could only receive Groupon bucks. Trying to use these bucks for other services proved futile due to unavailability. Given that neither the merchant nor I could anticipate the issue within the 3-day window, I am seeking a refund as the realization only occurred during my visit to the shop.

I purchased two vouchers from The Skin Agency. Upon contacting them to book an appointment, I was informed that I could only use one per new customer. While reviewing the vouchers, I accidentally opened the one I intended to return. It is frustrating that I am now unable to exchange it due to this mistake caused by Groupon and the partner company. I am seeking assistance to either receive a refund for the "3 PRP + microneedling" voucher or obtain Groupon credit promptly. I rely on Groupon for convenience, but this situation has become unnecessarily complex and time-consuming. I urgently require a refund to purchase a different voucher for a similar service.

I intended to buy one voucher, but the quantity was somehow changed to three, resulting in me being charged for three vouchers. When I tried to cancel the order, I was given the option of Groupon Bucks or my original payment method. I chose the original payment method, but it only allowed me to be refunded in Groupon Bucks. Despite trying to refresh the page, the refund was processed as Groupon Bucks, which is not what I wanted. This occurred on 5/16/[redacted], and I have been unsuccessful in reaching out for assistance. I am frustrated with the situation and would like it rectified.

I and my mother each bought a Groupon on March 13, [redacted], for a stay at the Sirata in St. Pete Beach, Florida, from May 17-21. My Groupon order number is [redacted] under Gina Ruiz, and my mother's order number is 1[redacted]42-[redacted] under Marilyn Russo. Unfortunately, my mother had an accident and is hospitalized, so she can't go on the trip. I spoke with the hotel, but since it's a third-party booking, they couldn't make changes. I would like to request credit for my mother's larger room reservation to use later in September when I bring my daughter back to college. Hopefully, I can bring my parents then. Hello, I am facing a major issue with orders #[redacted]87 and #[redacted]89 under the name David Mickael. I placed the order yesterday and have been trying everything to modify the address or cancel the order before it gets prepared. I have tried contacting several numbers I found online, but due to the current situation, these numbers seem to be unavailable. It is crucial for me to change the delivery address, especially because when I confirmed the order, the address did not appear for me to validate. I only saw it in the order confirmation email. I am at a loss as this is my previous address where new tenants now reside, and I cannot go there. I purchased a voucher for Sam's Club on April 9. When I tried to redeem it on April 14 at Sam’s Club, they could not process it and advised me to seek a refund from Groupon. I spoke with a representative through your chat line who was unable to assist me. Despite being 81 years old and just returning from Honolulu, I was informed that I couldn't receive a refund because I had "viewed" the voucher. I purchased a Microneedling with PRP session for $[redacted] a few weeks back, but when I went to print it, I encountered an issue similar to a previously purchased carpet cleaning coupon that was claimed as used without my knowledge. I decided to wait until I was ready to avail of the facial treatment, and now the Groupon has disappeared from my account completely. It's not appearing in my purchase history. The same thing happened with the carpet cleaning Groupon; it didn't display in my history either, or it showed as used despite not being redeemed. Today, after checking my account all day, it randomly appeared in my history while I was searching for another Groupon with a spa that I haven't printed yet. I am concerned about these discrepancies.

I recently bought a Groupon deal for a massage at $36.75. After downloading the app and logging in, I realized my purchase was not showing up. The issue was due to an incorrect email address on the account - it should be [redacted], not [redacted] I am keeping the coupon page open in my browser, but I'm unsure how long I can stay logged in. I couldn't correct the email myself because the account was set up with an automated password sent to an email address I don't have access to. J'ai reçu un e-mail de Groupon m'informant de la livraison de ma commande effectuée par GLS sous le numéro de suivi ZXUKV88O. En consultant le site de GLS ce matin, il indique que ma livraison a été effectuée, cependant, je n'ai rien reçu. En contactant GLS avec le numéro de suivi, ils ne trouvent aucune information à mon nom dans leur système. Je vous demande donc de vérifier cette erreur, car j'ai déjà été débité pour une commande jamais reçue, et ma banque a dû résoudre le problème avec vos services. I purchased a Groupon for a spa day for my wife last year. Due to the pandemic, she couldn't use it until recently. Unfortunately, on the planned day of Thursday, May 13th, she fell ill and had to cancel due to being a hospital worker and not wanting to risk exposing others. To make matters worse, her car broke down that same day. When she reached out to the spa to reschedule, they were unkind and threatened to charge her $50 gratuity if she didn't come in. She is currently working on getting this charge refunded. The way the spa handled the situation upset her, and now she wants a refund for the Groupon (item# [redacted] - SpaTerre at Kona Kai). Due to upcoming travel for work, she doubts she will find another suitable appointment time and just wishes to put this behind her.

I purchased a Groupon for horseback riding lessons on May 11. I contacted the provider to schedule my first lesson, and they marked my Groupon as used. Today was supposed to be my first lesson, and despite confirming it this morning, they notified me last minute that they would be late. I tried reaching out for clarification on whether to reschedule, but received no response. This left me waiting at an unsure location for almost an hour. I feel extremely dissatisfied with their unprofessionalism and lack of communication. I purchased a Sam's Club membership for $35.00 through Groupon with order number [redacted]96 on 4-30-21 using the DOSH app. I attempted to redeem it at the store on 5-1-21 without using the redemption code, and now I can't locate it on the voucher or in my email. Sam's Club is requesting the redemption code for membership activation, and without it, I don't have a membership number. I need Groupon to issue me a new redemption code or a fresh voucher so I can obtain my Sam's Club membership. If I can't receive the code, I would like a $35.00 refund. I carefully followed the instructions in the email but was unable to redeem it as instructed.

I am requesting a full refund for a disappointing experience with Maca Makeup. The makeup artist failed to complete the eyeliner and full lip color application, citing my inability to endure the procedure. Her unprofessionalism, rudeness, and verbal abuse left me taken aback. She even took my phone, opened both vouchers, and refused to provide the service, instructing me to seek a refund through customer service. After facing email issues and delays, I reached out to the photographer recently to redeem the pictures but received no response. While on vacation in Texas, I received an email thanking me for a $[redacted].99 order of Omaha Steaks that I did not place. It seems the order was fraudulently made using my credit card information. The charge was processed by Groupon, Inc., as shown on my May 9, [redacted] credit card statement. I have informed them that I did not authorize this purchase and will not accept the delivery. I placed an order for the All Seasons Down Alternative Comforter Full/Queen on March 1, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the package. I made several transactions on Groupon, totaling over $[redacted] for wine tasting, microdermabrasion, tanning, and a hair salon package. Three of these were gifts for Mother's Day. All these deals were saved under my account and suddenly disappeared without a trace. Despite contacting customer support multiple times and providing proof of purchase, nothing has been resolved. The stress of dealing with this issue is affecting me physically and mentally, especially considering my health condition. On April 16, [redacted], I purchased eyelash extensions from Bella's Lash and Brow through Groupon. After making an appointment, I had to cancel but was informed I wasn't on the books. Upon trying to reschedule, my voucher showed as redeemed on May 6th when I was actually on vacation in Aruba. Despite contacting Groupon and explaining the situation, they were unable to assist as they claimed I had made an appointment and failed to show up. Attempts to rebook were also unsuccessful as I wasn't in the salon's records. The owner mentioned it was Groupon's mistake but refused to honor my voucher. Even though I never received the service, I'm left feeling frustrated after spending over $[redacted] with everyone pointing fingers at each other.
