My name is Dheeraj and I'm going to be helping you today. **Dheeraj Samudrala: How can I help you today? **Kris: Are Bubbly Cleaning and Cozy Maid legitimate? **Dheeraj Samudrala: Yes, they are legitimate. **Kris: I schedule with Bubbly Cleaning and they are to contact us within **-** hours. They have not contacted us and the appointment is in ** hours. **Dheeraj Samudrala: I'm very sorry you had this experience. This is definitely not something we ever want our customers to encounter. **Kris: I look up Bubbly Cleaning and they come us Cozy Maid caring mostly about hiring cleaners. **Dheeraj Samudrala: I can offer the following options here. **Dheeraj Samudrala: Option *: If there’s a different deal you’re interested in, I’d be happy to refund this order to Groupon Bucks and use them to place a new order for you now.
