On 11/26/20, I purchased two sketch pad Groupons from Qualtry but was mistakenly charged for three, with the order stating I ordered four. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to cancel the order or obtain a refund. I also tried the trade-in option without success. Contacting customer service has proven challenging. I am a 74-year-old individual and this situation has been quite distressing for me. I kindly request a refund for the overcharged amounts: the $11.39 and $4.00 charges from 11/26/20. I recently bought a Shutterfly Groupon, but when I tried to use the code, it didn't work for the item I wanted. The ad didn't make it clear that the deal was only for "select" holiday cards. I recently bought a Sam's Club membership with complimentary items. While filling out the form, my phone battery suddenly expired and I couldn't finish it in time. The voucher got marked as redeemed. Sam's Club informed me that I would need the voucher number to complete the form again. Unfortunately, I no longer see the voucher or redemption code as it disappeared from the screen. I would like to return my AirPods. I am disappointed with Groupon because they did not fully refund my Groupon credits. I believe these AirPods are unnecessary and costly. I want to return them and receive a complete refund in Groupon credits despite the time that has passed. I was ill with covid over a month ago when I accidentally made a $[redacted] purchase. I'm very disappointed with my recent purchase of the Mylee Lvd lamp set. I've been experiencing severe nail issues after using the product, resulting in infection and pain. Hello, I bought a voucher with order no. [redacted]53 for Pure Aveda Salon in Dublin. I used the voucher in August after it was extended due to the lockdown. I purchased a Groupon for Limoges Jewelry. I followed the instructions to use the coupon, but when I entered the code Groupon provided, it didn't work (an error message said it was invalid). I double-checked and confirmed the code was correct. I spoke with a customer support agent named Vignesh P, who informed me that once I checked the code, whether it worked or not, that was the end of it. I was not offered a new code or a refund, contrary to your policy. I am a retired detective and will report this to the FTC for potential fraud investigation if this issue is not resolved. I purchased two Groupons worth $40.00 each from Cheryl's Cookies, one for myself in Dallas, TX, and one for my nephew in Houston, TX. I tried to use the Groupon before Thanksgiving for the turkey cookies but encountered difficulties placing the order. Cheryl's Cookies directed me to call Groupon, which seemed odd as the coupon was for their company. I bought a Groupon deal for the Aquarium in Houston for my granddaughter's birthday on 10/23. I was supposed to receive a code via email for $50 off on dining, which I never received. Despite going to the Aquarium that day with my granddaughter, we couldn't use the discount as planned. The manager of the restaurant tried to help for 30 minutes, but couldn't resolve the issue. I also didn't receive the 4 passes I was supposed to get. I am requesting a refund of $33.00 for an order I canceled to be credited back to my Visa account promptly. I canceled the order due to the lack of information provided by Groupon regarding the items I purchased. The order was canceled before it was shipped, and I only received Groupon Bucks, which I have no intention of using as I will not be ordering from Groupon again. We were unable to attend the night photo workshop on March 14 that was canceled by the photographer due to the lockdown. He claims he did not receive the payment yet, which will only be processed after the service, and we are struggling to get a refund for both bookings or reschedule for another date.
