I purchased a Groupon deal for lash extensions at Sarabella Beauty. Unfortunately, after booking my appointment, I experienced issues with the lashes falling out in groups, which was very concerning. When I reached out to Sara, she initially offered to redo the lashes but the problem persisted even after the second appointment. I believed that Sara agreed to redo the lashes at no extra cost due to the unsatisfactory results from the first two visits. However, she is now claiming that I owe $45 for today's appointment. Hello, I encountered difficulties with my Groupon order # 1[redacted]40-[redacted] purchased on August 27, [redacted], for $79.20 for Peter Air Duct N Dryer Vent Clean. Upon arrival, the technician mentioned additional charges for any ductwork extending more than 6 inches. I requested to proceed with the cleaning for areas within the 6-inch limit, as the concept of "partial cleaning" was not explained when booking. Unfortunately, I was informed by the company that the full service must be carried out, incurring extra costs of $[redacted]-$[redacted]+. When I expressed my inability to pay the additional fees and my dissatisfaction at the lack of clarification beforehand, the company refused a refund, indicating their policy once a technician arrives at the location. Despite this, I would like to request a refund of the original $79.20 purchase price.

I am having trouble with Groupon locating my orders.
