Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Hi everyone, **I am very unhappy with the service I have received, I ordered a Rattan - Effect Lounge set on the *th April, and was never informed that you didn't have any in stock , until I went on live chat on ******** and was advised it was cancelled... I want a complete refund as soon as possible. I have contacted my Bank and they said it should not take ** days or longer and I should get a refund from you straight away, as you are in breach of our contract. I have also contacted consumer rights and they stated under the sales of goods act, I am within my rights to get a full refund... Can you please organise this as soon as possible.. I paid by Visa Debit and email address is *****@***.com... I expect to get a reply in the next day.
