The issue in GetHuman-arayaga's own words
In October I purchased * horror night tickets and I redeemed the ones I paid for and a while later I realized I was charged * separate times of $*** meaning I paid for * tickets when I only approved the transaction of * tickets. Anyways I was able to dispute it from my bank and you guys did a claim reversal so now that I was ready to go Christmas shopping my bank is in the negatives and I won’t be buy Christmas presents this year. I called my bank and they said I need to get in contact with you guys to get that charge taken off. In my groupons it shows I only redeemed * tickets and the others are pending or expired. I need the money back I can’t afford this right now. If I’m not going to be helped about this issue I’ll have to stop using your app to purchase things. Definitely won’t be recommending Groupon to anyone I know in the future if this issue is not resolved.
