I purchased two items recently. Unfortunately, one of the items was sent to the incorrect address despite my efforts to provide the accurate details. Although I initially accepted it as a loss, I am now faced with the issue that the recliner I ordered only has one half. This is completely unacceptable. There is no time to wait for the missing half to be shipped to me. The site is prompting me to choose how to resolve the situation, which should be the responsibility of the company. I have already made my payment, so that part is completed from my end. I am looking to Groupon for a resolution to this matter. I have noticed that reaching a customer service representative by phone seems impossible, further complicating this issue. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter promptly as I have paid for items that are either unusable or have not been received.

I recently noticed unauthorized charges from Groupon on my bank statement dating back to October. I do not have a membership with them and would like my money refunded. I became aware of this issue recently, prompting my urgent attention to it. Despite attempts to contact them, no one is answering the phone and their online-only support is frustrating. I am very upset and would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.

Several months ago, I purchased a Groupon for a Gift of Touch massage and reflexology session. Despite my attempts to schedule an appointment, the provider did not respond initially. After finally reaching her by phone, she extended the expiration date due to personal reasons. However, I have since tried to contact her via email and phone to no avail. It is frustrating to now see the same provider offering another Groupon deal. I kindly request a refund for my coupon purchase at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I paid $8.99 for 2-day shipping, but the package did not arrive on the 19th as promised. It also did not arrive on the 20th, and the tracking shows it should arrive today, the 21st, but it hasn't. Paying for expedited shipping did not help me at all. Therefore, I kindly request a refund of $8.99 back to my Discover card. I am awaiting your response. -Nicole Dufrene

I am seeking a refund for a purchase I made on December 19th, as today is December 21st. Despite receiving emails inquiring about the refund status, I have not received any confirmation and the Groupon still appears in my list. The specific Groupon for the Shin Center of Integrative Sports Medicine is the one needing a refund. I have spoken with the manager at the Shin Center, who has also reached out to Groupon for prompt resolution. Kindly advise me on how I will be notified once this matter is resolved.

Order #[redacted][redacted] I placed an order on Dec 4th with an expected delivery date of Dec 9th. Unfortunately, the product has not been delivered yet. Despite multiple calls to FedEx and USPS to inquire about the status, I have not received a satisfactory response. Upon tracking the package, I noticed it has been moving back and forth from the East Coast to various locations in California without any delivery attempts. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am requesting a refund for the shipping cost from either GroupOn or FedEx. I would appreciate an update on the status of this delivery.

I purchased a pair of boots from Groupon for my wife as a Christmas gift on December 9th. According to the tracking information, on December 18th, the boots were at my local post office for delivery. However, the next day, FedEx indicated they were in Lancaster, and now they are in Cincinnati without any notification or explanation. Unfortunately, it seems unlikely that they will arrive in time for Christmas. I request a full refund without delay.

I bought a Groupon for a getaway hotel stay, but ran into issues at check-in because the name on the Groupon didn't match my ID. Groupon hasn't been helpful in resolving this problem, causing me to miss a planned event due to the inability to get my room and make changes. I ordered the Purple Floopi Faux Fur memory foam indoor/outdoor slippers which were marked as delivered on December 10, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I did not receive them because the address listed was incorrect - it stated apartment [redacted] instead of [redacted]. All packages for my building are logged, and I sign for them, but there is no record of the slippers arriving. As I am currently unemployed, losing this money would be a significant burden for me.

Hello, I purchased tickets for the Elton John/Billy Joel tribute concert in Grand Rapids last night but have not received them yet. I spoke with a representative last night who assured me that I would receive the tickets via email within 3 hours, but I have not received them. I am feeling frustrated as I have paid for the tickets but have not received any electronic or physical tickets yet. Please assist me with this matter.

I purchased a UV nail lamp for my daughter's birthday. I have given it to her, but it is not functioning as intended. Despite following all instructions, the lamp does not dry the nail gel properly; instead, it seems to burn the nail bed, posing a safety concern. I have been trying to contact Groupon several times regarding the Rudolph musical tickets I purchased but have not been able to reach them. I also spoke with online support twice to try to change the show date, but they were unable to assist. During my stay at the Opry Gaylord hotel last week, I approached multiple staff members to change the date, but they mentioned only Groupon could help. After speaking with an online representative from Groupon this morning, I was advised to contact the hotel. The hotel staff, however, mentioned it was a Groupon matter and couldn't assist. I am eager to resolve this as I wanted to take my son to the 2pm show in Nashville. Since I have not been successful in changing the date, I am now looking to get a refund for the three tickets totaling around $[redacted].

When I tried to redeem the voucher on December 22, [redacted], there was no security code included, so they couldn't process it. I recently bought the Staples Groupon deal for Christmas cards (I have two Groupons). When I visited Staples today to inquire about my order, I was informed that their printers are currently not functioning, and they are uncertain when they will be repaired. They suggested transferring my order to another Staples location, but this would require canceling and reordering. I am worried that if I cancel, the Groupon codes may not work again. Can you provide me with new codes that will be valid?

I bought 3 adult admissions on Groupon for $12 each, totaling $36 for the Witte Museum. However, upon arrival, the tickets I purchased and paid for were supposedly refunded, even though I bought them just before checking out. My bank account was charged the full $36, while the app states a refund of only $12 was given. I'm confused why I was charged the entire amount but only received $12 in a refund that apparently never happened. I ended up having to pay full admission at the museum in addition to the $36 charge, resulting in a total loss of $93 today.

On December 21st, I ordered a 90-minute massage from Moxie Massage in Mesa, Arizona. Unfortunately, it showed as sold out, so I clicked on the 60-minute massage option. When I checked my Groupon, I found 2 vouchers for 60-minute massages and 1 for a 90-minute massage, which is the one I actually want. I deleted one of the 60-minute vouchers successfully, but when I tried to do the same with the other one, nothing happened. I ended up accidentally activating the voucher instead. I'm not sure why deleting the voucher triggered activation - it's a bit confusing. I'm reaching out for help to cancel this as it was supposed to be a birthday present from my husband.

I recently bought a Milano cantilevered umbrella with order #1[redacted]07 [redacted] on 9/12/19 and received it on 16/12/19. Unfortunately, the umbrella is defective. In the past, I've been a customer, but this time I believe I created a new account and needed to update my name and credit card information. I provided my name, address, email, and new credit card details, but I am unable to access my account. I would like to return the faulty umbrella, but I need assistance printing a return label. Since the umbrella is heavy and was delivered to my home, I'm unsure how to arrange for its return. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

On December 10th, I bought two Groupons totaling $55 each using $81.80 in Groupon Bucks, and the remaining $28.20 charged to my Amex. However, when I try to use these Groupons at Splash Wines, I receive an error message stating that the discount code isn't valid for my cart items. They are also asking me to redeem [redacted] Splash Cash, which is not what I intended when purchasing the Groupons. I am not willing to pay an extra $[redacted] on top of what I already spent. Please refund my Groupon Bucks of $81.20 back to my account and charge back $28.80 to my Amex card. Thank you, Rodolfo R.

I purchased a 60-minute massage package for my mother at Holistopia Massage in Mooresville. Unfortunately, I mistakenly used her credit card instead of my own. I would like to cancel this transaction to buy her a gift with my money. Additionally, I erred in booking at that specific location as it is too far for her to travel.
