I bought a Groupon deal for full body waxing from Short Cut Beauty Lounge that expires on March 31, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have been trying to contact the salon for two weeks with no success. Upon visiting the establishment, I found it closed, and nearby vendors informed me that it has been shut for over a week. I would like a refund for the amount I paid, which was 89 AED.

My name is Roxanne Adams. On December 9th, I purchased a pair of Floopi [redacted] boots in Camel Brown, size 8. I quickly noticed they were the wrong size, a size 10. I contacted Groupon Marketplace and let Facebook know, but I haven't received any responses. Despite sending several emails and messages, I heard nothing back. Today, I found the size 10 boots at my door. As a 60-year-old who rarely leaves my house, this mistake was not on my end. I do not want a refund; I simply want another pair of Floopi [redacted] boots in size 8. I really love the boots, but the size 10 is far too big. Dear Mug_Glass, Order #: [redacted]5 for mug and glass items has been paid for on 12/6/[redacted] at 6:49:32 AM. I have been attempting to contact Printerpix's customer service regarding this order. Despite sending messages, I only received one response acknowledging my request on December 10th to my email address ([redacted]), but no further communication followed. I've also tried calling [redacted] during their supposed operating hours in EST, but they are consistently unreachable, with a recorded message indicating they are closed. This mug was intended as a Christmas gift featuring a photo of my husband's late mother. Neither my messages nor calls have been responded to. When I tried the live chat feature, it directed me to input my credit card information for technical support. I urgently need assistance to understand why this particular item is still in production while the other three ordered on the same day have already been delivered. Your prompt response regarding this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I bought a Groupon for an Omaha Steaks Sampler for $24.99, intending to use it at the now-closed Milwaukee store. Wondering how I can still redeem it. The website states that the $24.99 I paid will never expire and can still be used at Omaha Steaks stores, despite the expiration of the promotional period on January 31, [redacted]. I received 3 vouchers for a single restaurant totaling $30 as a gift. When I tried to use the second voucher, the cashier claimed it was already used when it was not. I had to pay an additional $1.54 in tax for my first order, which came to $10. I only have the receipt given to me. The cashier's attitude was very unpleasant. I am disappointed and upset by this experience and will not be returning to this establishment. I plan to reach out to the BBB and the state's attorney office about this matter promptly.

I purchased six tickets for the Paddlewheeler cruise for C$[redacted].00 under Order#[redacted]. I had booked the Pub cruise for the 20th of December, but was informed by Paddlewheeler that the cruise was canceled due to insufficient bookings. Being from overseas, rescheduling is not an option as I won't be in Vancouver. Paddlewheeler suggested contacting Groupon for a refund. On November 29th, I purchased the Vincenza Women's Oversized Blanket Scarf in red. Unfortunately, the item has not been delivered yet. I reached out via live chat with V. Swaminathan on Groupon regarding ticket ID [redacted][redacted]2 on December 17th. I was assured the order would be reissued in time for Christmas. They requested the color ordered and the last four digits of the card used, which I provided twice. Following up, I received another email seeking the same information. The lack of progress is frustrating, and it seems unlikely the item will arrive by Christmas. At this point, I simply wish to receive a refund to my credit card. This whole situation has been extremely disappointing with no satisfactory resolution in sight.

I need assistance with an order issue. I purchased a Christmas gift on 11/29 which has not arrived. During a live chat on 12/17, I was assured the order would be reissued in time for Christmas. I provided the color and last 4 digits of the credit card twice upon request. However, I have now received another email asking for the same information. At this point, it seems unlikely I will receive the gift by Christmas, and I would prefer to have my credit card refunded instead. The ticket ID for this issue is [redacted][redacted]. Just 5 days before Christmas, and I am left without a gift.

I've encountered an issue with my orders. I received only part of two separate orders, although the tracking information shows all items as delivered. Initially, I ordered four crossbody plus size purses, but later decided to switch to another style and ordered four of those. Upon receiving my first package, I got two plus size purses and one crossbody purse. The second package contained two crossbody purses but no plus size purses. I returned the two plus size purses and requested to cancel the order if the remaining two weren't sent yet. As of now, I am missing one of the crossbody purses from my second order. Since the two plus size purses have not arrived, I would like a refund for those. Once you receive the returned items, I'll await the corresponding refund.

I visited Royalty Beauty at Phenix Salon Suites on Sep 22, [redacted]. I paid $36.00 for a one-hour session. Despite reaching out five times to schedule an appointment and leaving messages at [redacted], they have not responded. I have realized today is the expiration date on the certificate, and as no appointment has been made, I kindly request a refund of $36. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I recently received a message with a discount code, PRESENT, for a holiday package in Lisson Grove, Mt. Tambourine. I had hoped to apply the code for a discount during my purchase, but couldn't find where to enter it. As a result, I missed out on the expected discount. I purchased some local items and participated in the rewards challenge, but I have yet to receive any rewards credit. I attempted to forward an email from the 19th reminding me that I had three days left to add to the challenge, but I can't recall the exact date I joined. I received an email from R.E. regarding this, but when I tried to forward it from Groupon, I am unable to as it keeps telling me it's not an active email address to respond to.

I have not received any of my orders. I provided my PO Box, but FedEx was unable to deliver to it. Now all my packages have been transferred to USPS, jeopardizing my Christmas presents. The items include two child digital cameras, a Polaroid camera with extra film, and teeth whitener. Additionally, I purchased two facials with Justines. However, I was informed that I can only redeem one facial. This experience has left me hesitant to order from Groupon in the future. Getting in touch with customer service has been extremely challenging, unlike my experience with Zulily, which I find easier to deal with.

The clinic refused to honor my purchase as I had previously used a Groupon with them before. A client declined to sign my policy, so I couldn't proceed with the service. She informed me after I redeemed her voucher. I now need to reverse the redemption. Despite her disagreement with my policy, which is in place for client and provider safety, she threatened to leave negative feedback. The voucher number in question is [redacted]3. I accidentally ordered the same item twice as a gift. I originally tried to cancel the first order, believing I had succeeded before placing the second one. Both orders were made on December 19 for the Shin Center of Integrated Health. The order I would like to keep is the one intended for Amber, while I am seeking a refund for the duplicate order. I purchased a voucher from a beauty salon named "SPA salon tentation" for a manicure and pedicure in November. Initially, I faced difficulty reaching them by phone to schedule an appointment. After numerous attempts, I managed to contact them and requested an appointment for today, December 21st. However, they informed me that they do not accept the GROUPAN voucher I had already paid for. Additionally, they mentioned that the salon is no longer operating or something similar in poor English. This experience has left me disappointed with GROUPAN, and I am seeking a refund as I paid for services that are no longer available.

I have never had an account with you and only use Groupon for occasional purchases. I did not authorize any monthly payments. I purchased a Groupon voucher for PrinterPix. Despite placing my order on time, I have not received my items within the promised timeframe. I have tried contacting PrinterPix via phone and email multiple times but have not received any response. After facing issues, I checked reviews and found many complaints labeling PrinterPix as a scam. It's concerning that despite complaints, there's no warning about their reputation on Groupon. Since I am unable to reach PrinterPix, I am hoping to resolve this by seeking a refund through Groupon.
