Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-csimagui's own words
I bought a rug from groupon which I was so pleased with I reordered for a second one identical to the original. The second one arrived yesterday and is different pattern, different fabric, different edging, different quality, in fact not like the first one. I received a notification to return the rug but the printed label says it's too large. However last night, via my mobile, I was informed I could return the rug. I am unable to speak with groupon to resolve this. I am gouing out now so will not be able to use my pc until I return. However my mobile *********** email me *****@***.com
