I have not received a confirmation number for my booking. When I tried to reserve a room at the hotel, the specific room I wanted was unavailable, but the booking went through without confirmation. I only require a single room for one night and would like a refund for the extra bookings. I have been trying to reach out for assistance as soon as I noticed the issue, but have been unable to get in touch with your customer service team for prompt resolution.

Hello, my name is Kate. I placed an order for two jumpers, a Christmas jumper in red and a roll neck poncho jumper in red. They were expected to arrive on November 27th, but only the Christmas jumper was delivered. Unfortunately, the roll neck poncho jumper was missing from the shipment. The package containing the Christmas jumper arrived opened, even though it was marked as delivered. I kindly request assistance in receiving the missing jumper or a refund for this item. Thank you.

I purchased a Groupon and needed to schedule an appointment using the provided code. However, they redeemed the code a few days early. I arrived slightly late on Saturday after calling to inform them, but when I requested a bit more time, they denied me service due to lack of availability. I explained that I needed hair done before Monday, my first day at work. Since they canceled my appointment, I did not receive the wash, cut, and style I paid for. They advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. I registered with Groupon Germany but am not fluent in German. The code they redeemed was VS-WT9T-M6KN-67Y5-PRXF on November 26, and the total amount paid was 29.90 Euro.

I recently used a Groupon voucher for a manicure and pedicure. The experience was disappointing. The technician informed me that the voucher did not include any massage, which was unexpected. I ended up paying an additional fee of $10 for exfoliation and a massage during the pedicure only. Regrettably, I did not receive the same treatment for my manicure. Moreover, the water used for the pedicure had an unpleasant odor, which the technician attempted to mask with essential oils while attributing it to the plumbing. To add to my disappointment, my nails started chipping shortly after leaving the salon. I would like to request a refund for this unsatisfactory service.

I recently visited Organic Element Spa for the first time and unfortunately, the experience was less than pleasant. The esthetician was extremely unprofessional and behaved in a rude manner throughout the session. One particular issue was her close proximity during the treatment, making me feel very uncomfortable. Furthermore, when I inquired about the high tax charges at the end, her response was abrasive and off-putting. Given the poor service encountered, I am now requesting a refund or credit for the Groupon purchase. Although I have sent two emails regarding this matter, I have not received a response to my initial email sent after the appointment. Thank you.

Today, I purchased 5 tickets for a 90-minute jump session at Planet 3 Extreme Jump Park in Clarksville, TN for $12 per ticket. I intended to bring 4 kids with me to the park. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was informed that I could only use one coupon and not the other 4. To use all 5 tickets, I was instructed to gift them to separate email accounts. As I had already viewed all 5 vouchers to print them, I am now unable to return, exchange, or gift them. Consequently, I had to pay full price at the business. I am seeking a refund from Groupon for the full amount of my purchase to address this situation.

I recently visited Organic Element Spa for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was terrible. The esthetician was exceptionally impolite and displayed unprofessional behavior throughout. I felt extremely uncomfortable as she breathed in my face repeatedly during the session. Additionally, when I queried the high tax amount with her at the end, her response was rude and aggressive. Hello, I placed an order for 3 Custom Photo Puzzles from Collage.com on November 12th and paid via PayPal [order# [redacted]]. Although it was supposed to send an email with a link and confirmation code, I never received it. I later discovered on the website that the transaction had failed. This is the first time I have encountered this issue and I am unsure why it happened. The item with reference number #1[redacted]22-[redacted] was not received at my address of 21 Hurd Terrace, Morningside QLD [redacted]. Despite having lived at this address for the past 25 years, according to Australia Post, the package was delivered and signed for. They advised that it may have been delivered to an incorrect address but would not disclose that information. I have been instructed to reach out to the sender for further assistance. I recently purchased a voucher at the store and encountered an issue with the pricing when buying a 7-foot tree. The cashier mentioned not being familiar with Groupon, but still offered a discount. I ended up paying $[redacted].14, which is more than the regular $18 per foot price. Despite my request to speak with a manager and not receiving a receipt, I was directed to contact the store through their website. I proceeded with the purchase due to my kids' excitement about the tree. I intend to leave a review on Yelp and hope to discuss this matter with the owner. I purchased a laser treatment for my daughter at a spa in Walnut Grove, Langley, BC over a week ago. I did not receive a reference number or any information about it, but my credit card was charged. Additionally, I ordered a teeth whitening treatment for my son in Langley, and I also did not receive a reference number for that transaction. I am new to using Groupon and I am not very impressed as I can see on my credit card statement that I have been charged for both items. Could you please advise me on what has happened? I placed orders for a Swan microwave and a 13-piece Swan kitchen set separately. The microwave supposedly arrived on Friday, November 27th, but I haven't received it, and there's no note from Hermes indicating delivery or leaving it with a neighbor. I've only received some items from the kitchen set, not the entire order. I'm feeling quite frustrated with the situation and unsure where my complete orders are.

I have received purchase confirmations and booking confirmations for both orders via email. On my Groupon page, I can see the voucher for the first order, but the second one (For three) still shows as "Processing" with no voucher available. Both orders were paid with the same credit card. We purchased two cinema tickets for £10 to watch Les Miserables. The fine print on the offer excludes movies like Frozen and Jumanji but does not mention that Les Miserables is ineligible. To our disappointment, when attempting to use the code on the Odeon website, it was not valid for this movie. Upon speaking with Odeon, we were informed that Les Miserables falls under an "event" category, which was not clearly specified. As university students, buying additional tickets is not feasible for us. We kindly request a refund for this situation.

I used voucher credit to purchase Qualtry personalized Christmas bags on Groupon for about $10. However, at checkout, I noticed they were charging $29.99 shipping for each bag. I reached out to cancel my order but haven't received a response yet. Additionally, I mistakenly ordered a medal hanger from Rusted Orange Craftworks. I encountered a problem with my recent purchase. I attempted to obtain a refund, but I found the customer service to be unresponsive. Accidentally, I pressed a button and bought Christmas Spectacular tickets. I am requesting to speak with a manager regarding this matter.
